This cozy Farmhouse Cottage was completely remodeled in recent years and is tucked away on a quiet dead-end street, giving you the opportunity to unwind and relax after a day of traveling. If you’re looking for a clean and look peaceful getaway or for a comfortable place to stay while visiting Massillon, Canton, Pro Football Hall of Fame, or surrounding areas, then this is your dream house!

Berlin is only 30 minutes away.
Lehman’s in Kidron, 18 min.
Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, 26 min.
Pro Football Hall of Fame, 17 min.
Wooster, 28 min.
Clay’s Park, 15 min.
Please note: This property has recently (Sept., 2025) connected to city water. In order to do that, trenching had to be done in the front yard and will take awhile for the soil to settle down again. It is advisable to not have your children play in that area until the soil has settled down.
Please do not invite other people over.
Strictly NO PARTIES OR events.
We have a STRICT NO pet policy.
Strictly no smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes in the house. Absolutely no marijuana or drugs allowed on premises. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean, looks like it had just been remodeled. It was decorated nice and cozy for Christmas. Easy entry to it and the owner was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little place!

This is such a cute little place to stay, we would've definitely stayed longer if we didn't have other plans. Everything was nice and clean and I was easily able to cook dinner in the kitchen.
