Étonnant Ă©tonnant au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage avec vue sur la montagne depuis chaque fenĂȘtre du populaire Desert Falls Country Club.

La maison est fraßchement sortie d'une mise à jour trÚs bon goût avec un nouveau plancher, de nouveaux meubles et de nouveaux appareils de cuisine magnifiques. D'autres rénovations et mises à jour sont également à venir! Soyez parmi les premiers à séjourner ici et profitez de la sérénité et des vues magnifiques depuis chaque point de vue de la maison.

L'unité donne sur une grande zone herbeuse mais étant au deuxiÚme étage, elle est privée et protégée par des arbres. Cette intimité fournit également de l'ombre quand il fait chaud. Il y a une vue imprenable sur la montagne et le feuillage de toutes les directions.

Cette maison dispose de nouveaux matelas haut de gamme dans la chambre principale (king size) et la chambre d'amis (2 lits jumeaux). La cuisine est incroyable et regorge de tout ce dont un chef professionnel ou amateur peut rĂȘver. Si vous devez travailler, profitez d'une lumiĂšre Wi-Fi rapide qui fonctionne mĂȘme sur les patios. Il y a une tĂ©lĂ©vision grand format Ă  Ă©cran plat dans le salon et la chambre principale et le forfait cĂąble est trĂšs complet avec de nombreuses chaĂźnes sportives et mĂȘme HBO et Showtime.

Great Location for Golf Trip

Folks, this is a great location for a golf trip because it's kind of in the center of everything. Plus, Drew, the owner, is wonderful at communicating and making sure that every detail of your stay is top notch. The home is very well-appointed, especially the kitchen. It met all of our needs and then some.

Beautiful, clean home with wonderful Views

Drew was a superb host who made it seemless to stay there. The home was spotless and had all the amenities you would need to stay and in a wonderful area. He was easy to contact and any questions we had he answered immediately. I will definitely go back when we visit Palm Springs

Absolutely Perfect

This was our first time using VRBO and we were blown away by Drew’s communication on what was included with our stay, check in and out instructions. The place was very clean and in such a safe and central location to everything! We hope to be back again next year same time same place!!

Stunning views, and accommodations

We recently stayed at the condo and everything was exactly as advertised. The mountain views were stunning and Drew was an excellent host. The condo had everything we needed including coffee, shampoo, soap, towels etc. and everything was very clean. Everything worked as expected and had no problems with anything. Having use of bicycles and a garage were nice extras. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony ], watching the large TV and using the pickle ball courts/golfing at desert falls. I can't say enough good things about Drew what an excellent host he was. We will definitely be back!

Exactly what we were looking for!

We spent three weeks enjoying Palm Desert and in particular everything that Desert Falls had to offer. The unit far exceeded our expectations. Drew was the most accessible host we have ever experienced on VRBO. Our personal favourite was the gym, which had almost every machine and weight training opportunity you could want. We would highly recommend this unit and cannot wait to go back.

Amazing condo in a great golf complex. Loved the area as well. Grocery store (Ralph’s) is a 5 min drive. Drew was awesome to deal with & very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Drew!😊

Palm Desert at its Best!

I was one of the lucky ones, my parents starting taking me to Palm Springs at the age of about 2-years old every spring. I have a bias for the Coachella Valley, as it is kind of like a second home to me outside of Vancouver, BC. As an adult, I continue to keep the tradition by visiting annually, but more so in Palm Desert. After reading all the great reviews of the property and property manager, Drew, we decided to try this property and couldn't have been more pleased with the location, the amenities and the environment. The condo was big for two people, but immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The pool was quiet (as it was still technically the summer) and a few steps away. But this review wouldn't be complete without giving a shout out to Drew. He was the best property manager I have every dealt with in the 40+ years of visiting Southern California. Beyond any doubt, I will be booking through Drew again in Spring of 2025 and could confidently say the property and property manager, Drew were top notch. In my view, Palm Springs and Palm Desert has had a historical reputation of being a classy, high-end town and not only did this property meet that standard, but the service Drew provided was beyond anything I would have ever had expected. The property, condo and amenities were all fantastic - highly recommended and will definitely be going back.

1st trip to Cali

The condo was very well appointed with everything one could need, including pool towels. The host was extremely attentive, checking in on us occasionally. The gated community was peaceful and secure. The views were amazing. Will definitely return.

Great stay!

The owner and property were both fantastic! He was very communicative and made the check-in process very simple. The place itself was really nice and very centrally located for everything we wanted to do. There are coffee shops and grocery stores really close by. Nothing felt like it was more than 20 minutes away. The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen, living room, etc. to be comfortable during our stay. I would 100% stay here again!

Awesome stay iat desert falls country club

Drew was outstanding to communicate with ! Very nice property super clean & well appointed. Easy to check in & out. property was just like it the pictures - great location to Ralph’s & Starbucks plus many restaurants. Great space for our family of 4 to spead out. We cooked many meals in the nice kitchen We also used the golf course & pickleball courts unfortunately the fitness center was closed during our stay due to the holiday. Looking forward to our next trip out there !

Comfortable Stay In Palm Desert

Quiet and safe resort-like golf community. The condo was comfortable and met all our needs. Pool as refreshing on the hotter days of our November stay.

Absolute the best

I have stayed in many vacation rentals in the past dozen years and this by far was the best. The amenities were over the top. It was like being home. There was nothing we could want from cookery to bathroom amenities to the community etc. Drew was so diligent and wanted to be sure we were comfortable and having a good time. Great restaurants in the area and let’s not forget golf courses. I would highly recommend this rental.
