Summary:

Kick back and relax in this ground floor space. This smart and charming studio is perfect for a single traveler or a couple, with space for baby in a pack ‘n play. This unit has access to the newly completed pool located between 617 & 611 Bay Esplanade buildings. Prepare and enjoy your snacks and meals in the kitchenette or grill fresh, local seafood on the patio bayside. This location allows you to enjoy water views from our bayfront dock and the Mid-Century small-town charm nearby. Situated just blocks from the beach with several restaurants and entertainment. Jolley Trolley nearby.



The Space:

Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.

Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am

-Rooms are sufficiently supplied with kitchen small appliances and utensils, plates and cups, drip coffee maker, dish towel, shower essentials, broom and mop.

-Assigned parking spaces are located in front of the building. White numbers painted on the asphalt match the unit numbers.

-Towels and bed linens are provided. The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival. Laundry room is located at 617 Bay Esplanade and is free for guests to use. It located on the far side of the building.

-Enjoy the newly completed heated pool located between 617 and 611 Bay Esplanade buildings.

-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee. Beach Supply Rental company delivers.
