As for the hot tub , since the gas is too expensive due to the cold weather, and it takes a long time for the water temperature to rise from 45 to 102 degrees! Thanks for your understanding. You just need to let me know two hours in advance that you can enjoy the hot tub for sure! I would happily solve it. Anyway, thank you very much for you and your family! May you all be well!

I would like to clarify a couple of things regarding your stay: Firstly, we currently do not own an electric vehicle, so we haven’t installed a dedicated EV charging station. For future stays, we recommend reaching out to the host before booking to confirm if EV charging is available, as it’s not a common request among our guests. Secondly, regarding the well water pressure — it was adjusted by our irrigation technician without my knowledge, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I’m so happy to hear you enjoyed the beautiful backyard view and the pool; that’s one of my favorite parts of the property too. 1. About your concern regarding cameras — I’m truly sorry if it made you feel uncomfortable. For safety reasons, there are cameras in five clearly listed outdoor spots, as mentioned in the listing description. There are absolutely no cameras inside the house, so you can always feel completely at ease indoors. 2. Regarding the backyard noise — as noted in the listing, because we are in a valley where sound carries and echoes, loudspeakers are not allowed outside. I really appreciated that when I mentioned it during your stay, you kindly and cheerfully turned off the music right away, saying it was no problem. That small gesture meant a lot. This quiet little ranch in the valley is surrounded by warm and kind neighbors, and we all cherish this peaceful setting. It’s thanks to guests like you, who care and respect the space, that we can keep it beautiful for everyone. I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation , and I hope next time you visit, your stay will be even more wonderful. You’re always welcome back! 🙏🌿

Thank you for choosing our property and taking the time to leave your review. I truly appreciate your feedback and want to sincerely respond. I’m very sorry that your stay happened during one of the worst storms Texas has seen in 30 years. Unfortunately, the storm caused a lightning strike that damaged the outdoor lighting and pool cleaning system. The automatic pool cleaner stopped working because the power was affected. I was not aware of this during your stay and only found out after checkout. Had I known, I would’ve sent someone to fix it immediately. I apologize for the inconvenience and your disappointment, even though it was due to severe weather. Regarding the hot tub heating fee — it’s optional because gas is expensive and not all guests need it. Keeping it on all the time would raise the nightly price, and I want to keep the stay affordable for everyone. You had full, private access to the entire resort home during your stay. As for someone being near the barn's or in-law unit — my assistant had to inspect the property for safety during the storm. He did not enter your reserved area. I’m sorry if this caused concern. I also hear your feedback about the outdoor BBQ area and will give it more care and attention. While the weather impacted your experience, I’m grateful the home remained safe on higher ground. Nearby areas like Kerrville were hit much harder. May those affected be safe and protected.🙏🙏❤️❤️
