Get away to the sugar white sandy coast of Navarre Beach and find peace and quiet on the 10th floor at the Pearl. This gated resort features a luxurious two-bedroom condo that sleeps up to six guests, making it an excellent choice for a couple’s weekend or family getaway.
Take one of the two elevators to the tenth floor where you will instantly feel the comfort of your new home away from home. Soak in the breath-taking view of the emerald colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand of Navarre Beach. Prop your feet up on the balcony, or enjoy the view from the air-conditioned inside. There isn’t a bad place to watch the waves roll in. If you choose to dine in, granite counters and stainless steel appliances make meal prep more enjoyable. If you prefer outdoor cooking, there are BBQ grills on the ground floor for your convenience. Dine inside at the dining room table, or take your meal out to the balcony where you can watch the dolphins as they play just off shore.
After lunch, check out on-site amenities, like the fitness center, pool or hot tub. My family and I had an amazing time in Navarre! The condo was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. We easily made our way to the beach every day and ended each evening watching the sunset from the balcony. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Lovely Condo

Our stay was wonderful, for our 1st time at Navarre Beach. Amazing oceanfront view from the balcony. The condo was comfortable and spacious. 2 generous sized pools. Easy walk to the beach/pool. No hauling trash to a dumpster, as they have a handy trash chute. Spacious jet tub and shower. We enjoyed our stay and would stay in this condo again.

Ready to book our next trip!

It was our first time on Navarre Beach but hopefully not our last! The condo is beautiful, immaculate and accommodating. We hope to be back and will choose the condo again. Communication was quick, codes were given without any issues, we have no complaints!

Fun Spring Break

We had a wonderful time at your beautiful condo this last week! The kitchen so well stocked and the condo was perfect! We had a little issue with the shower, but the handyman came right over and fixed it. We loved all the chairs and umbrellas that were available in the closet and loved the furniture on the patio!

Relaxing but limited

Condo was large and nicely decorated. View was beautiful. Confusion with entry codes as we were given two different codes. Restaurants are par at best for adults who are looking to have nice dinners and wanting to stay close to condo.

We recently stayed at this beautiful condo and were truly impressed by the spectacular views, the spotless cleanliness, and the elegant, beachy decor that made it feel both luxurious and relaxing. The space was exactly as described and made for a comfortable and memorable stay.One thing to note: even though we booked for seven days, the condo was only stocked with about three days’ worth of essentials—including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. When I reached out to the host for clarification, the response came off a bit dismissive, which was disappointing given how great the rest of the experience was.That said, the location and the condo itself were fantastic. With just a little improvement in hospitality and communication, this place would be a five-star stay all around.

Perfect place, perfect week!

This was our 4th trip to Navarre Beach, but the first time to stay at The Pearl. We LOVED it! It was just the four of us..grandma/grandpa time with our two grandchildren! The property was so clean, well maintained, and we felt very safe. The pools were so nice, clean, and not crowded. The beach was absolutely gorgeous as usual! Our unit was so comfortable, decorated so nicely, stocked with everything we needed, and had a beautiful view of the beach and blue water! We highly recommend this unit and this property for a wonderful week in Navarre! We look forward to being there again next year! Thank you so much for everything!!

Very pleased and impressed! Felt like a turn key home away from home! Exceeded expectations. Definitely lives up to the reviews. It's clear that the owners take pride and care in their property as well as providing a welcoming stay for their guests. Very CLEAN and Comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrellas were SO SO appreciated. The outside lanai furniture made for very relaxing mornings and evenings. Plenty of bath and kitchen towels. Appreciated the dishwasher and laundry detergent to get us started. Even laundry baskets. Kitchen had plenty of what you'd need. It was nice that there were some handsoaps ready first day as well. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Communication and check-in is as simple as it gets. Couldn't get better in terms of beach and pool access. Clean beach. Warm water. Wonderful night fun on the beach for walks or kids playing with the little crabs. Parking is private and plentiful. Little things like carts to haul groceries and luggage up the elevators made the difference. Love Navarre. Perfect location to explore Pensacola to the west and Ft Walton-Destin to the east. Amazing as Always!

Our family has stayed in this condo three times and absolutely love it every time! It has everything you need and really makes you feel at home. It had been a few yes since we have visited Navarre Beach and the only downfall is, it now seems a lot more congested with people than previous years.
