The condo was very pretty and well stocked. It was clean and had an ocean front view.The pool area was nice and clean.The host was very easy to work with and very informative.

Great place to stay!

Probably one of the best places we've stayed! From check in to parking to access to the room was super easy! The condo was amazing, super clean with comfy beds and an amazing view. Over all a great trip!

My family really enjoyed their stay. Spent a lot of time at the beach, pool, and on the balcony. Great view! Only comment i have is there needs to be more towels and washcloths available. Room has a washer and dryer which was very helpful!

Great get-away home away from home

The Pearl is a fabulous location for beach-dwelling as far as the reservation-making, check-in, online communication, and cleanliness. The view was grand! We prefer less commercial cabanas being lined across the beach, but understand the need.

Great Stay, Would Stay Again

Property was beautiful and very clean. Spent many hours enjoying the view from the beautiful balcony. We were fortunate to see dolphins, ray’s and even a small shark. Property management was very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for long walks on the beach and quiet nights listening to the surf this is the place. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back!

Disappointing

This is a pretty condo with black mold growing from the bathroom ceiling vent and around the base of the bathtub and shower. The floors were vacuumed but still very sandy. The unit came with one dish towel and 2 hand towels for 4 sinks. The internet was unsecured and the TV cable was broken for most of our stay.

Sea side Beauty

Pretty property. Above the 10th floor with floor to ceiling Windows/doors. Great view of the Gulf. Master king sized bed was super comfortable. Yay! Lots of room to spread out. Full sized washer and dryer. The facility has various carts to the left of the entrance to haul your stuff upstairs. Elevators were fast and spacious. There was a problem with the toilet in the master bedroom. Called maintenance and it was fixed right away.

The Pearl #1304

Property was exactly like the pictures minus the Adirondack chairs on the terrace. The guest bathroom needs slip proof mat. My mom (80) fell getting out. From then on she used the walk in shower in the master bath. The condo was clean on the surface but once you start looking, you find a lot. Nothing that a deep cleaning won’t fix. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working I contacted rental people and they suggested unplugging and then plugging back in the modem. When I pulled out the tv stand I could tell it hadn’t been looked at ina while. In the kitchen we found the drawer underneath the oven had a greasy broiling pan in there and under the microwave while looking for a light switch I found a lot of grease. I would address this one right away due to fire risks. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely recommend after those few housekeeping issues are resolved.
