Great condo close to the beach!

We had a great week, would definitely stay here again! Clean and as advertised. It was really nice having two bathrooms, and just a short walk to the beach!

Great location to the beach. Condo was clean and stocked well for our families needs. Only issue was the air conditioning. The listing states condo is air conditioned and the living room/kitchen area is with one wall unit. However, the bedrooms are not air conditioned and became very warm.

Pictures make the place much bigger than in reality, very deceiving. The bathrooms were extremely small and kitchen too. The neighborhood is very noisy in the early hours 7-9 am. AC was basically non existent.

This Old Orchard Beach condo was everything we could’ve hoped for — just steps from the sand, yet tucked far enough from the hustle and bustle of the pier to enjoy some peaceful beach time. It was clean, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. Perfect for families or couples looking to relax and recharge.The location couldn’t be better — close enough to enjoy all the fun of the pier, rides, shops, and games on a whim, but also ideal for day trips to nature preserves, the botanical gardens, and even a quick drive into Portland.The host was fantastic with communication, and we honestly had the best vacation we’ve had in years here. Pro tip: don’t leave without grabbing breakfast at JJ’s — great food (amazing breakfast potatoes) delicious drinks and friendly staff.

Perfect in so many ways

The condo is in the perfect spot... Steps to the beach. One mile from all the action near the pier. Condo had every single thing we needed. Communication was excellent. Everything we could have asked for a vacation to remember!

Awesome Beach Experience

We stayed for a week in this cute rental that was nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you need for an awesome time! The views and the location to the beach was key. The beds were super comfy and loved that the primary bedroom had a bathroom. Julie was quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely return again!!

Amazing!!

My family and I stayed here for over a week. We loved every second of it!! We actually extended few more days. Perfect spot so close to the beach. My son loved the pool too. Julie was awesome answered every question we had and reached out herself to make sure we were doing well etc. Condo has everything you need & was very clean too. Grocery stores near by for food shopping etc etc. We will definitely be back!!!! Thank you so much for having us!

We were provided with only one key, wished the door had a key pad entry. No kitchen towels to dry dishes, having to use paper towels. Not provided enough toilet paper, paper towels, or garbage bags. Had to go out and purchase more. (Yes, I’m aware that I could have asked the host for more, but felt it would have been an even more inconvenience for me to be asking them frequently for these items). The frying pans provided didn’t sit evenly on the stove, having to hold them constantly when cooking. Bedrooms had no air conditioning, having ceiling fans was ok, however, one of the fans we couldn’t run at night because of the loud motor sound , keeping us awake, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The blinds by the table would only go up about half way. Wished the amenities list was more accurate. For example, they provided hair dryers, had I known that I wouldn’t have had to bring mine. Location to the beach was great, parking was easy. Laundry facilities were ok. Cleanliness of condo was good. Communication had quick responses.
