The sparkling bathroom is stocked with all the essentials and fluffy towels so you don’t have to bring anything along! Indulge in a bath before bed and enjoy your stay to the maximum.

WE ARE NOT A HOTEL!!! We don't provide daily services such as cleaning, meals, room services, 24 hours front desk and other hotel services. Our representative will meet you at the property for the check-in process, please provide estimated check-in time.

Parking: $15 a day per car paid upon arrival. Assigned parking ONLY! IF FOUND PARKED WITHOUT AN ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE, YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSES!

We don't allow loud music or noise at any time!
We don't allow any parties, events or any type of gathering!
We don't allow smoking in the units or the property!
We don't allow drinks, food or any type of glasses at the pool!

Our rules are very strict and any breakage of the rules will result in evicting everyone from the property without warning and NO refund will be issued including the deposit of $500 will NOT be refunded.

Please provide an estimated arrival time UPON arrival.
Please confirm that you have read and understand the instructions.

✔ This apartment is located on the 3rd floor accessible via a lift and/or stairs.
✔ Please contact us one hour before arrival so your host can welcome you.
✔ Check-in time: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM (No check-in after 9:00 PM)
✔ Check-out time: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Strictly upon request only!)
✔ There is a parking fee of $15 a day paid upon arrival.
Please only park in your assigned space. **You will be towed at your own expense if you don’t.
✔ Pets are welcome for a fee of $500 where $250 will be a refundable deposit after unit inspection.
