we come to the island two to three times a year and this is one of our favorite houses! it was beautiful and had everything we needed! another plus that many houses don’t have was great water pressure and hot water!! it is also in a great location, in the middle of island so a short golf cart ride to all the great spots! we will definitely be back to rent this house again!

It was clean, the rooms each had their own bathroom, and the living room and kitchen were great for gathering and making meals. The outside deck was perfect for sunbathing and hanging out. The pool was really cold (not heated) so we didn't go in it much, but I could see that being really nice in hotter months. The house is also right on the beach, so it was awesome just to run down the stairs and be in the sand and jump in the water. The property manager, Junior, was easy to communicate with and answered our questions throughout our stay. All in all, a great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house. Great location. Would stay again. Only hiccup was house was not ready when we arrived. We had been on boat crossing from USA and house was no ready upon arrival. It was hot and laundry was not complete. We ended up finishing laundry and making beds and replacing towels in bathrooms. Flip week (because we stayed for two weeks) our refresh was a joke. So the cleaning service crew was no good.

The sheets are old and were not clean when we get there in some rooms, and the mattresses in some of the guest rooms are old and saggy. The washing machine seemed mildewed and made clothes smell bad. The property manager Junior was great though and tried to address anything that could be fixed right away!

It was the perfect home for our family vacation, the most beautiful setting, and beautifully maintained. We felt right at home the minute we walked in and hated to leave. Junior, our property caretaker, was extremely attentive to anything we needed prior to our arrival until he helped us get on the ferry to leave the island. Perfect vacation!
