This chic second story hideaway has rooftop seating with lakefront views. Perfect for enjoying sunset toasts with friends or family. Eclectic decor curated for a memorable and inspiring experience. Relax in style on the vegan leather sofa while playing Nintendo switch or enjoying complimentary Netflix on the 55" smart tv.
10pm to 8am quiet hours.

Please communicate for check-ins later than 10pm.

For requests during quiet hours, please call the host for immediate service.

Park at your own risk - not responsible for damage or theft of vehicle or vehicle contents.

$50 late checkout fee.
$35 lost key fee

Guests are not allowed to make reservations for more than a total of 21 days over a 30 day period.

Completely as advertised. Amazing location. Nice and clean and excellent communication with property manager. Building and surrounding area is quite old so the building matches that aesthetic.

Great location, and great host! The place was right across the street from Lake Champlain and within walking distance of many great restaurants and downtown. Clean place, easy to get in and out. Appreciate the host!

So convenient!

If you are coming in by train on the Ethan Allen Express it’s a literal 4 minute walk to the station. The place is also very close to all the shopping/restaurants/bars/coffee shops you could want and hiking/biking on the island line trail. And after all that you can come home and sit on the balcony with an angular view of the lake.

Great Location

The apartment is within easy walking distance of Lake Champlain and Church Street. It is not easy walking distance to UVM, but a very short drive. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with very steep wooden stairs, so be aware if you have physical limitations. The ceilings in the apartment are also very low in places, so if you’re much over 6’ tall you might be uncomfortable. Finding parking was easy as there is a dedicated space for the renter and clear directions on how to find it. We had one minor issue during our stay and the owner responded quickly and satisfactorily. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and though weather prevented us from using the deck, it looked like a nice area to hang out on a good day.

Nice

James is a very responsive host, courteous and very helpful.The location of the apartment is excellent close to many cafes, restaurants, the lake and church St.The apt itself is nicely decorated. The ceilings are very low, bathroom needs improvements (it is very dated and showing lots of age) and floors are very uneven feels like walking on a ship.They did a nice job of putting together the best as possible space. With all that said the beds are super comfortable with great linens, very soft and everything was very clean
