Custom modern home has all new appliances, fully equipped kitchen, deep soaking tub, and washer/dryer. This will truly be your perfect home away from home.
2 private off street parking spaces are included with a dedicated EV charger for you during their stay.
The Space:
Immerse yourself in the refined simplicity of this beautifully designed home:
Ground Floor: The heart of the house, the kitchen/living room area, features polished concrete floors and high quality furnishings throughout. This space is both functional and inviting while offering plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need to cook a meal, a large 2 door fridge, a modern gas stove and the entire house benefits from filtered drinking water, so no need to bring bottled water.
A full bathroom with a deep soaking tub is also located on this floor, providing a spa-like experience for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Second Floor: The spacious bedroom on this floor is a haven of comfort, boasting elegant hardwood floors and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The attached second bathroom enhances the sense of luxury, complete with a walk-in shower. For added convenience, this floor includes a washer and dryer, making it easy to take care of laundry needs without leaving the comfort of the home.
Rooftop Terrace: A highlight of the property is the rooftop terrace, offering a private outdoor space with scenic views. It's a perfect spot to unwind, play a few rounds of cornhole with the included setup, and enjoy a morning coffee (or an evening drink) while you relax after a day spent enjoying all Vermont has to offer.
The home is equipped with mini split heat pumps for perfect temperature control in any season.

There are no shared spaces. The house and rooftop terrace are for our guests exclusive use.

This home sits nestled just a short 5 minute walk from downtown Burlington and Church Street, just far enough to be peaceful and quiet, but close enough to easily access everything downtown and the waterfront offers by foot.
Restaurants, theater, shopping, cinema and waterfront are all within easy walking distance.
For grocery stores City Market and Jake’s ONE Market are a short walk away and have large selection of local and organic food and drinks if you prefer to eat in.
Getting Around:
Two off-street parking spaces are provided for guest use, additionally the home has a level II EV charger (Tesla Plug) installed for guest use. The home is located within easy walking distance of both downtown and Burlington's' Old North End neighborhood.

Roku equipped television in home allowing you to conveniently and safely login to your own accounts for streaming services.

Had a nice stay for multiple nights at this cozy home. It is set way back off the street, so it was nice and quiet, with dedicated parking. Short walk to Church St. with shops and restaurants. The amenities were great and had everything we needed, although there isn't a dishwasher, so be prepared for dish pan hands! Will definitely stay here again, and you will enjoy it too!

Very close to shopping and dining. 15 minute walk to the water.
We enjoyed the properties proximity to walkable church street. The home was super clean and the furnishings were perfect. I loved the concrete floors on the first level and the unique light fixtures in each room. Perfect for 2 adults working away from home.

We highly recommend this stay. It is centrally located, yet feels quiet and private. The rooftop deck is a beautiful spot for breakfast, relaxing, or in the evening with the lighting. We easily walked to shops and restaurants. The quick access to the bike trail was convenient. Communication was easy. Home was modern and clean. The soaking tub was enjoyed.

Loved it.
Great place to anchor a weekend in Burlington. The place was very well laid out, furnished, and stocked. You can tell the owners want their guests to feel comfortable. The rooftop deck was icing on the cake. Would definitely stay again when returning to Burlington.

Great location, easy parking
This property was perfect for my daughter and me for the weekend. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a dinner and Church street is just a short walk away with plenty of shops and restaurants. The parking was a plus as it's not easy to park in that area. And the house is off the street so there weren't many people coming and going. And it was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. The rooftop would be great in the warmer months. And it was very clean and quiet.

Excellent Oasis
We truly enjoyed this space, it was quiet, clean, and had just enough amenities to enjoy being in Burlington. Walking distance to restaurants, co-op, and the lake/recreation. Thoughtfully curated space for those who assign value to sustainable practices. Bed was very comfortable, and space tucked back off the main road to eliminate a higher chance of encountering vagrants. Excellent choice for a couple and even would recommend for folks who travel with a teenager or two younger children who can sleep well together on a sleeper sofa.

Steeple Bells and Quiet Neighbors
This centrally-located wonderful little cottage is tucked among the trees, yet an easy walk to downtown Burlington. Comfy bed - well-equipped kitchen - nice bathrooms! A rooftop patio complete with table, chairs and umbrella provides cool breezes among the treetops and views of the area, including several steeples. You can hear the bells as well - reminds me of a small European village. Hosts were very responsive and checkout was the easiest I've ever had with VRBO.
