Plan your relaxing escape to beautiful West side of Panama City Beach! Bring the whole family, a few friends, and Fido to our NEW getaway retreat sleeping up to 12 guests. Sun Chaser is a 3 story townhome located in the Villas of San Vincente. This exclusive 10 unit complex is perfectly located one block from the beach, and a short walk from Winn Dixie! This home boasts close to 1900 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms spread out over the 3 stories! There are 2 private king bedrooms, 2 Queen beds, a Full bed and 2 bunks. The townhome has 2 Kitchens, Memories will abound with a pool, 5 minute walk to the beach, close to Pier Park, arcade, beach accessories, free parking and more! Unwind in the evenings on one of the 2 decks, a patio, sunset gulf views, and gathering around for a late night snack and night cap.

Sun Chaser has 3 stories:

Lower Level: Walk in to a main entrance then into the lower level master king bedroom suite with a fully stocked kitchen, 40 in Smart TV, patio seating, full walk-in shower bathroom and outdoor grilling area.

Second Level: Living room, Larger Kitchen, Bar seating for six, 75 in Tv, board games and deck with four stadium sized Polly Adirondack chairs. The second level has the second master king bedroom suite with full bath with a shower and tub combo and walk in closet. The Laundry is also located on this floor with a full size washer and dryer.

Third Level: Large open bedroom with 2 Queen Beds, 1 Full bed, 2 Twin Bunk Beds, NBA Jam arcade, Beautiful Mural painted by local artist. There is a full bathroom with a double vanity and a shower tub combo. The third floor also has a balcony looking at the Gulf with seating for five!
All the outdoor space has new outdoor string lighting to enjoy in the evenings!

It was great 👍

Very good for big families, ( small suggestion) may need to have small rails for the stairs for the kids safety, the pool is not as big as it look in the pictures but still nice for the family. There was not enough toilet paper for the whole stay (just an advice for the families visiting, buy toilet paper).Overall we had a great time and very happy was able to have my pet with me. Thank you!

Room had very strong pet urine smell.Maybe as a suggestion take out all big rugs.But we are very Thankful of you all alowing pets because they are a big part of everyones families.Thanks

Place smelled of pet urine and had bed bugs!!! Was refunded immediately. However money didn’t get deposited into account til after our vacation. Had to spend the cash we had on another condo. This place would have ruined someone vacation if they aren’t in a good mind set!!! Couch was broke. Balcony doors didn’t lock!!

Disappointed

The property has a lot of stairs. From the outside the property looks nice however the cleanliness on the inside was lacking. Located in an older neighborhood and the view from second level deck was lacking. The view was of parking lots and electrical lines. During our stay experienced bug problems on the first floor. Found bugs on the floor and in the bed. Exterminator brought in.

Hi Larry thank you for the review. The townhouse is 3 stories so there are 2 sets of stairs which is described in the listing and shown on the photos. We experienced a termite issue in a piece of wooden art that we had to have an exterminator come in for and have since removed from the property. We apologize for that inconvenience and addressed it as soon as we were made aware

This beautiful 3 story townhome has something for everyone. The townhome is located on the West end of Panama City Beach and is a 5 min walk to beach access. The house has 2 Master Bedrooms with King Beds, A large shared bedroom with 2 Queen beds and 2 Bunk Beds and 1 Full bed. We've decorated with local artists, from local shops and using as many locally made items to share in the experience of PCB. We have 3 outdoor living spaces with deck chairs, sofas, Adirondack chairs and a grill! We have 2 kitchens for those large family get togethers. There is parking for two directly in front of the home with more free parking available. In order to make sure our guests have a great time we provide beach chairs and a beach cart. We even have an arcade on the top floor!
