Our stay was excellent! Chris was great to work with, and everything was as described. This is a great location for many activities on the island. The condo was clean, well kept and Chris was great about responding to questions and sharing his insights. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

THE OWNERS HAVE PROVIDED EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A VERY, NICE COMFORTABLE STAY HERE. THE LOCATION IS great, RIGHT ACROSS FROM THE BEACH AND IN WALKING DISTANCE TO LOTS OF RESTAURANTS. WE WERE HERE IN March AND FROM THE CONDO BALCONY WE COULD WATCH WHALES!

Communication with Chris was plentiful and helpful. The condo had everything we needed and more, including ample beach equipment and toys for our toddler. The condo community was quiet and a very short walk to the beach and plenty of shopping and dining options. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

Well equipped, well maintained, excellent location. The host is very helpful and easy to communicate with. If we return to Maui we will definitely stay here, and we will recommend it to friends.

Everything about this property, from the very Warm Welcome with Hosts, Chris and Trisha to the Well Stocked Amenities and Cleanliness to the Fabulous Property and its amenities!! We were shocked how wonderful everything went for us! We cannot wait to plan another trip to their Magnificent property in South Kihei, Maui.

We enjoyed our 10 days to the fullest. The condo was perfect, we could just walk across the street to Kam II beach, and were a short drive from our favorite snorkeling beaches. We really appreciated how the kitchen had many spices and condiments, made our cooking much easier.

It was all an around unbelievable find! Everything was perfect for us to enjoy our week in this condo. We booked this at the last minute when our trip to Kauai was canceled due to hurricane Lowell. We didn't have time to do our usual research and comparison when choosing a vacation rental so we were extremely pleased to have found this jewel. The owner, Chris was very accommodating and communicative. We found the condo to have everything we needed for a comfortable stay and with beach accessories provided. The property is well maintained, the pool areas were always clean and the staff were friendly. The convenient location is unbeatable! Although the beaches across the street had been beaten up from the hurricane, we were still able to enjoy our sunsets standing at the shore. There are a lot of restaurants, shops, some grocery stores all within walking distance or within 1-2 miles from the condo. The drive into Wailea for some great beaches for snorkeling was within 5 miles. I couldn't say enough good things about this vacation rental. We would definitely return!

The condo is exactly as advertised, easy check in, and great location. Beach is across the street and lots of places to eat nearby. The owner is very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo.

My friend and I had a great time at Kihei Akahi. It was wonderful to be right across from a nice beach that wasn't too crowded and to have a lot of food options nearby. No issues with outside noises and place is remodeled well.

The condo was great! Everything that we needed was there from the kitchen, bathroom, linens and beach items. Unit had a nice big washer and dryer. Chris was a great host! Excellent communication before and during our stay. Loved sitting out on the lanai looking at the ocean. Condo complex was also great- 2 pools, plenty of grills and right across from the beach!

We had an amazing stay here for a week and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully updated, and everything was thoughtfully laid out. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived.The hosts went above and beyond with all the little extras. We especially appreciated the beach gear and thoughtful touches like the extra sunglasses, so we didn’t have to worry about losing our own. Having a gas stove and a fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook breakfast every morning, which was a great way to start each day.The shower was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and it was so nice to come back after a day at the beach, relax, and watch TV in the bedroom. Everything about the space felt cozy and well cared for.I’ve actually stayed at Kihei Akahi five different times over the years, and I can honestly say this was my favorite unit I’ve ever rented. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Maui!

This place was exactly as it was described and came with everything you could think of for a beach day in Maui, which works out well since it was right across the street from multiple beaches. The owners were super accommodating and the communication was spot on. Would definitely stay here again!
