Brand New Construction in the heart of Lake Cumberland! 1.3 miles to Lee's Ford Marina, 1.9 to Haney's Apple Farm, 2.4 to Pulaski County Park boat ramp/hiking and biking trails, 5 miles to Fishing Creek Boat Ramp and trails, and 6 miles to Somerset. The Cumberland Cottage is decorated with all the comforts of home. Fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer and dryer. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and plenty of closet space. Watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the front porch, enjoy the back patio for grilling, and a huge yard to play in. Perfect for our Family Vacay

We loved this home! It was in a great location and offered enough space inside and out for our family/boat & jet skis. Joel was super fast about getting back to us with any questions. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone!

Restful Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with the cottage. The rooms were exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and quite comfortable. Joel was quick to respond to our needs and very accommodating when we needed to stay an extra night. We will definitely be back!

Very nice home

We booked this property to enjoy Thanksgiving with family. The house is very new, overall pretty clean, and everything worked as it should. The price was great, and I’d love to return at another time—maybe when the fishing is good on Cumberland. Thanks for everything Joel!
