Gary was very communicative and helpful. We loved being able to walk right out onto the beach. We drive a pickup and it was great to have overflow/guest parking so close to the building.

This was the best place for us to stay on Siesta Key! The condo is very well appointed and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and so was the living room furniture. The beach is excellent- the sand is like soft sugar. The beach is also very wide so there was lots of room. It never felt crowded. The washer and dryer are right next door and that was very convenient. Just a great place for us!!

To start off Parking is right in front of condos which was great. There are carts to take your stuff up in the elevator. The condo is on the 7th floor. So noone above us. It was super quiet the whole time we was there. I love that it is gated and the beach is private. The enclosed lanai was super nice to have. The kitchen was nice with everything we needed to cook with. The couch is comfortable. We had air conditioning set to 70 most of the time and it kept very cool. Sometimes we had to put it on 72 so we weren't so chilly. And the master bedroom is nice. The bed is super comfy. Ive never laid on a softer bed. Everything is so nice inside the condo. I've stayed in several and this one is one of my top faves. The beach is steps from the condo. Gary is super nice and responded quickly when i needed anything. I give a 10/10 and will definitely stay here every time i come to sarasota.

Perfect Vacay for Family!

This unit is exactly as advertised. The location was easy to access the beach, public transportation and an easy walk to coffee shops, markets, and ice cream parlors. We will definitely be looking to book this same unit in future trips to Siesta Key.

We enjoyed out stay!

We had a great stay! The beach and location were exceptional—just steps away and close to everything. The apartment was nice and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and good-quality hardware. It was quiet at night, which made for a relaxing stay. The only downsides were that there was just one elevator, which sometimes took a while, and I wish the master bedroom had a king-sized bed instead of a queen one. Overall, a great experience!

Great stay at Crescent arms

Gary was a great host - condo was in great condition and it had everything we needed. The building itself is old and dated but the individual property was great. Gary was also very responsive to all my questions through my stay.

Girls trip!

This property was amazing!! It was very clean, well put together, everything we needed was available! Gary was very responsive and pays attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable and the carpet was amazing!! The instructions were the best I’ve ever seen. We didn’t have any issues with getting beach chairs but it was off season. Loved the short walk to stores, restaurants and bars. We will rent from Gary again!!

Week in Paradise

My husband, daughter and I spent an incredible week at Gary's condo. The condo had everything one would need for an amazing vacation - the beds were so comfy, and he provided all of the necessities (beach towels, stocked kitchen, soaps, etc).The condo is located directly on the beach! The sand is like powder and there were always available chairs. We enjoyed our days swimming, relaxing, and taking walks on the beach! We also enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets.We had a rental car, but the condo is within walking distance to the Crescent Beach Market and Captain Curt's. There are trolleys that can bring you to the village. The area was awesome!But, without a doubt, the best part of the experience was Gary. He truly is a host that takes a lot of pride in providing his guests with an amazing vacation!We will definitely return in the future!

Right on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants. Convenient parking. Well equipped kitchen. Great communication with owner. There were 4 adults and it had adequate space. More than that might be a bit tight.

Loved it

Kitchen is very well stocked. Loved the ge appliances. Roomy condo. Shower water pressure was great in both bathrooms. Bed was comfy enough. Convenient short walk to beach. Good overall location. Pool was great. Dryer worked great too. We would book again next time we go to siesta Keys

The condo offered everything needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I have 2 boys, and each year they look forward to our April family vacation on the white sandy beaches of Crescent Beach. To us, Crescent Arms is home, and we look forward to sharing our home with others to experience the awesome beaches of Siesta Key!

All you need to do is vacation in Siesta Key with the beautiful white sandy beaches once, and you are hooked for life.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

What I hear all the time about the condo that makes it different than most of the rentals on Siesta Key is I have carpet instead of tile throughout. Everybody comments how much cozier it is, and how nice it is with younger children. Also, the unit is close to Stickney Point Bridge, so getting into Sarasota is easy and quick. We are also located within walking distance of a grocery store and several places to eat.
