Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This magnificently remodeled North Shore Place villa features two bedrooms. Walking into an open-concept floor plan.

The master bedroom has a beautiful king bed and private ensuite bath. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bathroom has a shower and tub combination.

A rooftop pool and hot tub add to the cool factor at this villa! Enjoy the ocean breezes and sweeping views of the ocean from the pool deck! It’s spectacular! Our guests may also use the North Oceanfront Pool at the Sea Crest Complex, which is located directly across the street. The beach is only a few minutes’ walk away from the complex, and Coligny Plaza is located directly across the street, where there is shopping, dining, and entertainment. The complex is gated, the parking is covered, and the elevator services all five floors of this beautiful beach complex.

Great Location

Easy walk to the beach. Shops outside your doorstep. Very nicely decorated. Unfortunately, someone put away filthy dishes, which was gross, but easily handled. Recommend new towels because they are clearly quite old. Also, the porch doors don’t lock or at least we couldn’t get them to lock properly. Overall, it’s a very nice property and safe.

Customer Service saved the trip

The complex had construction going on that produced a layer of concrete dust on everything. While this was not acceptable upon check in, the employees at Island Time went above and beyond to rectify the problem and ultimately came up with a great solution for us. We will definitely give this unit a try again and will happily use Island Time again.

Great Spot

Came down here for a vacation with our friends and two small children. We were a little hesitant to book at first, because there were no reviews. We were assured by Island Time that this condo was newly renovated, therefore a new posting. We ended up booking, and have absolutely no regrets. The place was well-updated, clean, and well-stocked. We had 4 adults and 2 children in our party, and had plenty of space. The balcony was also spacious, and a perfect place to hang out after the kids were in bed! While it was not beachfront, the beach was a 5 minute walk away, at most. When we got bored, we could just walk right across the street to Coligny Plaza for plenty of family fun. We will be staying here again!

Well, this was the first place we ever stayed in which they said was the nicest. It was immaculate! It was newly renovated, and it was gorgeous. It was right across Coligny Plaza which made it nice for some nights we wanted to hang out nearby. The beach was basically a walk across the street. It seemed like a very safe neighborhood, and we felt comfortable letting the girls walk around without us always by their side.

Excellent location

This property is in an excellent location. Easy walk to beach, coffee shop, ice cream, grocery store, and restaurants. Overall the place is really nice. However, the knives in the kitchen are rusted so we didn’t use them, the towels had to be washed because they all had stains on them, some of the blankets looked like they have been chewed up, and one of the folding chairs was broken. I did mention these to the management co before posting, but didn’t get a response. These things are easy fixes for someone staying in the future! Also be aware the management company charges a 3.5% fee when you use a credit card, which is not shown when you get the total price through VRBO. It shows up later after you’ve already booked.
