Heated Pool 2BR 2BA Walk-In Shower Sofa Bed Sleeps 7 WiFi Porch Pool Hot Tub
The pool and hot tub on the fourth floor are open year round but the pool does not have a heater. You will have access to one of the Sea Crest's pools across the street which is also available to guests year round 7138 is the gate code. It is heated mid March thru April 30 and Mid October thru November 30. Pets are not allowed in this building by rental guests.

The condo is located on the fourth floor, same as the pool with elevator access from the gated secure garage located on the ground floor with quiet wooded views. No steps are required. Beach equipment rentals are available right on the beach by Shore Beach Services.
North Shore Place is a fabulous newer upscale condominium complex on North Forest Beach Drive. It is located directly across from both the ocean approximately (1500 yards), Coligny Plaza and one of the Sea Crest pools which you will also have access to year-round. This 1261 square feet, 4th floor Villa features a spacious kitchen, an updated spacious walk-in shower in the master. This Villa also features a private covered veranda/patio to enjoy the cool ocean breezes and meals. There is a spectacular rooftop swimming pool open year round but not heated and sundeck on the 4th floor. The hot tub is heated year round.
It has an easily accessible beach walk that leads directly to the beach. The villa is conveniently located within a block from the beach & adjacent to Coligny Plaza with it's shopping, grocery store, restaurants and live entertainment. North Shore Place Villas features secured covered gated parking for your vehicle (code required/space available) and elevator access to all floors (code required). Luggage carts and bike racks are plentiful in the garage area. Unfortunately, beach equipment is not provided due to lack of storage space. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach March-October.
This spacious villa has tile and carpet floors, high ceilings, and beautiful moldings. The living room offers numerous windows and a queen size sofa sleeper. The living area is beautifully decorated with comfortable chairs. The kitchen has a large center island with bar seating for three, white appliances and matching white cabinets. The dining area, beside the kitchen, has a large table with seating for six.
The master bedroom has a King bed with matching end tables and Smart Cable TV and spacious private bath with updated walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed and a private bath with tub and shower combination. The villa also has it's own washer and dryer.
Of additional interest is a spacious veranda with all new furnishings. So not only are you right across the street from the Sea Crest and have use of one of their oceanfront pools 7138 is the gate code, but you are next to Coligny Plaza with all of its many shops, restaurants, grocery store, bakery, gourmet coffee and the famous Frosty Frog. You may find you don't need to get back into the car for anything. Additional parking is available in the general Coligny Plaza parking lot.
