A 3-bedroom house that's located right next to Andy's Way with a spacious deck facing West and amazing sunsets. Air conditioning in the 2 downstairs bedrooms. Easy access to Mansion, Scotch, and State beaches. Quiet location away from the crowds and noise of town, but only a 5-minute drive to get there for ice cream. PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINENS, YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN FOR 2 QUEEN AND 2 TWIN BEDS, PLUS TOWELS. THIS IS A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY AND YOU WILL FOREFEIT YOUR $1500 SECURITY DEPOSIT IF SMOKING IS FOUND TO HAVE OCCURRED ANYWHERE ON PREMISES.

Views were great, just a short cab ride to town and the shallow beach at the end of the adjoining access way was convenient.

Place was excellent, great location , views , the deck makes the place seem that much bigger . Was worried the kitchen might be a little small but was not a factor at all. I have stayed at many places on the block over the years and I have to say this was one of our favorites

Really great house. 2 mins from salt pond which was great for walks and short walk or drive to mansion beach. So chill … my wife rarely left the porch. Great breeze and amazing sunsets. Keith was great … very responsive with great advice. Lobster one night fresh from dock … there is a lobster pot with burner. Chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas.

Unreal Spot!

This house is so cool! Location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach, the deck wraps around and gives 180 views of GSP, and there’s plenty of room! Cool breeze &sunset views- can’t beat it honestly. Keith was so responsive & kind. We will 100% be back to this hidden hexagon gem!

Unique house with stunning wrap-around views!

Beautiful panoramic views from inside and out! Octagonal house with a lot of character. Great living space upstairs occupying most of the upper floor with large sliding glass doors and windows all around. Views from there and the deck out to the Great Salt Pond and ocean. Awesome sunsets! And an excellent host!

The Octagon House/What is wind power???

When I booked this house I was worried about it not having a/c, and wondering what ‘wind power’ actually meant. But as soon as we arrived, we understood. Fresh lovely breezes flow through this house 24/7, with a 360’ killer view. The wraparound deck has beautiful views and the secluded beach where we went clamming and took our puppy for her first swim was fantastic and just steps from this gem. The house is an eye catcher with its octagon shape and is very cool. Well stocked, well decorated, very cool chill vibe. The structure inside is fascinating to look at. Fantastic location. The owner is right on top of things and always available should you need him. This is a top notch property!! Thank you for having us
