Our perfect little home away home for a family of four at Block Island.. it had all the necessities needed. Walking distance maybe 10 min walk to water street, passing by the Atlantic hotel along the way. The views from the balcony were so relaxing and peaceful. Ila and her husband were so attentive and responsive. This place is definitely high recommendation 10/10.

Ila is an amazing host! She is so thoughtful and very responsive. Her property was perfect for our family of four. The space was so clean and we loved how close it was to town and the beach. Ila is such a kind person and made us feel like we were at home. We are already planning our trip for next summer and will definitely stay here again. Thank you to Ila for being the best host ever! :)

Block Island Weekend Escape

The beach cottage was lovely accommodations not far from the center of town. Close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the quiet and quaint location and nice deck on the beautiful island. Owner was fabulous to work with.

Perfect location and stay!

This location exceeded our expectations! We were there with our 10 month old. It was private, walking location to town, a private patio, extremely clean and highly recommend!

Perfect family getaway

This is a terrific place with all the comforts of home, close to the beach and town, and with kind and generous hosts who make sure you have everything you need. Zero complaints other than we could only stay for one week.

The place was amazingly clean, comfortable for 4 people, just like in the pictures. A/Cs and the WiFi worked well. Ila, our host was available and responsive. The loaded peach tree was an amazing bonus! Would recommend it for 3-5 night stays.

A perfect spot for a week on beautiful Block Island! Ila has thought of everything. The apartment was sparkling clean, had everything we could need, and was so close to town and walkable to some of our favorite restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here again and again! It made for a truly enjoyable and relaxing week.

We loved our week stay at Ila's cottage. It was private and the deck was very spacious. Loved the location and the outdoor shower. Everything was comfy and clean and, although the kitchen was small, had everything we needed. Would definitely come back here again in the future

A hidden gem on the Block.

Amazing location and beautiful views. Easily can walk to the Spring House or Atlantic. Check-in is easy and the property is well maintained. Quiet and relaxing environment. It is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway on the Block. Definitely will be back soon!!

Block island paradise.

Everything was new, clean, and comfortable , close to all activities. Beautiful view of block island from the deck. Hostess was so nice, she even left fresh flowers. We will definitely go back again!

Just as great as last time!

This place is perfection! We never return to the same spot twice, except for this place. You can walk into town easily but are tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Can’t wait to come back for our third time.

Block Island Vacation

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. The location is great - very easy walk to town for dinner and/or ice cream. My kids loved playing in the lovely yard and the cottage had everything we needed. Ila was a great host and responded quickly to questions. We will definitely book again for our next Block Island vacation
