Great property

The house was perfect for the six of us. We were seeing family on town and this worked great as our home base. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The neighborhood was quite.

Cozy get away

The house was just right for my family. House was cozy and very clean. Everything we needed was there. A little difficult to get in the house, but management was there within 10 minutes to let us in the house. Great communication as well. I highly recommend staying here for your stay!

Enjoyed our stay

We were very satisfied with the house and fenced in yard. We have 2 dogs and they were able to play outside without the worry of them running away. We had an issue with the key pad on the door lock but the property manger returned our message with instructions in a timely manner. We will definitely return because our daughter plays basketball at ETSU.

Very nice

The house is in a very good location that is convenient, quiet, safe. We arrived to find the home very clean - much clean than most. The beds were very comfortable and the home had a ice layout. The property manager was very accommodating and very responsive. On the negative side, bathroom was very small (challenging for our group of 4 adults). The living room furniture had seen better days ands was a bit uncomfortable. There were no dressers in the bedrooms again, making it a challenge for our week-long stay. Despite the negatives, this home would be a good option when staying in the Johnson City area.
