We would like to clarify a few points regarding your feedback, which we had already addressed directly with you in person while replacing the dishwasher during your stay: Balcony Doors: As we explained in person, these doors are heavily reinforced and hurricane-rated for safety. They do not operate like standard patio doors. They were recently serviced, but we have had maintenance look into them once again to ensure they are functioning as intended. Guest Communication: As we also discussed, we are a small business and utilize automated messaging to guarantee that all guests receive critical arrival and check-in details. While you found these messages unnecessary, our policy is to prioritize comprehensive information so that reservations proceed smoothly for everyone.
