Tastefully furnished home near the beach

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place in the heart of Jax. Just 5 to 15 minutes to Atlantic Beach, downtown, Saint Johns Town Center, Mayo Clinic, Cinemark, Riverside, and much much more! To top it off, there is plenty to do in the home like play a competitive game of ping pong or corn hole, watch your favorite team play on the extremely comfortable living room couch, or a home cooked meal in the newly renovated kitchen.
The space
The home is spacious enough for guests to enjoy. All the rooms are carefully decorated to bring a nice modern and comfortable feel. The TV's have YouTube tv and Roku streaming service to watch 100+ channels and movies for free.

Guest access

Guest has full access to the entire space. Entertainment like ping pong, corn hole, a bbq grill, and a spacious backyard is fully accessible to every guest.

The home was clean and the host was very responsive and accommodating. However, the play area in the back was not as inviting as the picture. The home is a bit older than portrayed in the pictures.

Very nice place, but too many plug in scents. One of us has allergies to strong scents, the other on O2. We were ok after unplugging them and airing out respective bedrooms.Some outlets didn’t work. And I would strongly recommend adding a door handle to the inside of the main door. We had difficulty opening the door (weather temperature changes?) as there was no handle to grasp. That’s a safety issue.But with a few updates, this is a very good place for a family with kids. Thank you!

Great location nice house.

Came down to enjoy the beach and go to a wedding. Location was great for access to everything. Felt right at home in this rental. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time. Had a few backyard barbecues played some ping pong and just enjoyed the rest and relaxation. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet location

Exactly what was shown in the pictures, the house was just minutes away from most everything like restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. The few takeaways of this rental were the grass was overgrown when we arrived, and was mowed the day before we left. We couldn't fully enjoy outdoor activities that were there, being that the house is pet friendly, we didn't venture past the screened in back porch, as we didn't know what lurked in the tall grass (dog poop). Also the Cornhole game boards were extremely weathered and the bean bags were all busted. The trash cans outside (garbage and recycling) were both full upon arrival, not leaving any room to put bags in when needed until after collection day (Thursday and Friday). And the bench seat at the table seemed to be missing all the screws that hold the seat portion to the legs. Overall we fully enjoyed our stay at this location and will most likely use again in the future.
