Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch is conveniently located in the Baymeadows community. The house is the perfect place to whined down from a day at the beach or working in the city. The house has a relaxing screen in porch and a fenced in back yard. For point of reference the house is approximately 17 miles from the beach, 26 miles from Jax Airport and 32 miles from Saint Augustine FL.

The property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We were able to walk our dog each day and felt safe. The space was great for our family of 4 and 80 lb dog. Beds were comfortable. The yard is fenced in to let our dog out without concerns. We had everything we needed and would go back. You are mostly car dependant.

Family visit.

Was a great stay. We especially enjoyed the screened in area and fenced back yard for the dog. The communication was clear and with easy entry. We are thankful for the stay.

We have stayed at this house a few times, as it is near family. Everything is there to make your stay comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood.

Florida/ga game weekend

We came to town with 3 of our adult children for the Florida/ ga game. Our stay was perfect & we would definitely stay again. We were able to cook for the tailgate in the kitchen, plenty of space & hot showers. Check on was smooth. The house was clean and spacious. Thanks for having us!

True Gem

We fell in love with this house/neighborhood/area! This is a beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. There are many fabulous restaurants in the Bay Meadows area. Plus, there are two bonuses
.about 20 minutes to Mayo Clinic and 30 minutes to the beach! Extra Credit is Charles is a pleasure!

A wonderful property close to everything around the city. The house was extremely comfortable for 5 people and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay.

This home was very clean and had most everything we needed for 6 people. Clean bedding and towels, iron, coffee maker and coffee, dishes. They even provided some books to read, snacks, shampoo and other bathroom items. We had a little trouble using the tv in the living room and could’ve used more than 2 washcloths in the bathrooms, but overall everything was great! The host was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend staying here!
