Excellent Location

Very clean and recently updated accommodations. Walking distance from many great restaurants and places to explore. Will definitely stay here again.

It was perfect size for our family . Was not in a "fancy" part of downtown but we felt safe and it was an easy 20 min or so walk to the downtown waterfront area and a 5 minute drive to wedding venue which is why we were there. Overall enjoyed our stay there. Margaret was very helpful and prompt with her replies!

Really nice stay, nearby to everything.

The place was off the main road and quiet, was very clean and with the added outside cameras we felt safe. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Wilmington. It was an easy booking, check-in and check out procedure. The owner was very informative and a pleasure to rent from.

A cozy family retreat

Our family really enjoyed this property. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The only “hiccup” was having to switch to the adjacent unit because the initial one was not ready due to a miscommunication with the cleaning company. However!!! Our host was immediately available and accommodated us with her other unit. To be honest, we liked that one better, so we lucked out!!! The decor was super cozy, quaint, comfortable (especially the sheets and towels), and up to date. There were several neat design and furniture choices as well. The only downside (which is no fault of the actual property) was the long walk to get to downtown Wilmington. I enjoyed it since we passed by some amazing architecture. That being said, the neighborhood where we stayed had some impressive vintage stores. We arrived too late in the day to take advantage of it all, but we will explore it more when we come back next time. The pictures included are not of the unit but instead of the area around it.

Great location ! Close to the USS North Carolina, the Riverwalk, and downtown. Really cute and very clean. Quiet location.Host responded quickly on all communications. Would definitely stay here again.
