Bring the whole family to this centrally located home with lots of room for fun. Pool, putting green, games & more. A true an oasis in the desert. Close to target, shopping and restaurants. NO PARTIES! Pool heating is an additional$60 per day

I wouldn’t necessarily consider this an “accessible” house. I know that word means different things to different people, but we needed ramps to enter the front door and the back patio. The bathrooms were not accessible. When I filtered on accessible features on my search, I assumed that’s what I’d get.

Great Spot!

We stayed here while visiting family in Peoria. This was a great central place to stay. It was July. The pool was so relaxing, nice, and comfortable. The house was great. Clean. Well kept. Four bedrooms with a giant rec room. Nice neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants. Five stars.

Beautiful Home Close to Everything

This is the second time we stayed at this home. It is clean spacious and has everything we need. The price is reasonable and is in a nice neighborhood. We enjoy the pool and covering!

Home was spacious and clean. The amenities like the game room and putting green made for a relaxing stay during a busy wedding weekend. Definitely recommend this property!

No Surprises

Property was a great place to kick back and enjoy the R&R. The house was very comfortable and provided my brother-in-law and my wife and I privacy when we wanted it. Communication with host was great and check-in and checkout could not have been any easier. Hope to return next year.

Great house!

Great house stocked with very helpful things while traveling. Linens/towels, paper towels/toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner/soap all included. Owner very easy to work with. Only gave 4 stars for location because without having the exact address, we did rely on the house picture location on the map and thought it was in the Florenza neighborhood which was where our family was staying. Location still great but walking across Happy Valley Rd did not end up being ideal. Still a great, quiet, convenient neighborhood.

Property was perfect for our family of 5's Christmas trip. Perfect location, nice quiet neighborhood conveniently to shopping/supermarkets/restaurants. Clean, spacious and comfortable, this was the most well-equipped home we've stayed at in our many years of traveling around the world. Thank you!

It was perfect for our family week of Thanksgiving 2024. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a little direction on the use of the TV. Couldn’t figure out how to access the football games. Probably operator error. Other than that couldn’t have been better.

Relaxing spot!

Great choice!

House is very nicely laid out and has many great things included to host a family. Pros: coffee bar, game selection, house lay out, backyard, and stores within half a mile. Cons: pool unable to be heated due to part failure (host quickly troubleshot and issued refund), no hot tub, pet rules very strict. Overall: liked it a lot. Definitely recommend.

Spring break Spring Training get-away

What a great time. My two sons, one DIL, and three grand children, joined my wife and I for spring training with the Royals. The house worked perfectly for us. All of us had plenty of room and of course we enjoyed the pool and putting green. The large shower in the master BR could use a mat or handholds or both - it is pretty slippery. All else was terrific. Thanks for providing us a wonderful place to have a great time!

Desert Oasis

This home was wonderfully appointed and so relaxing. A beautiful back yard and pool area were a welcome resbit. The proximity to shopping and hiking areas was perfect!
