You are welcome to tie up your boat by the dock. Boat Ramp is only a 8 minutes drive from the house, we also have a NEW dock, fishing table, and freshwater to spray your boat. On the Beautiful Isles Of Capri. This perfect Lil' Island House, located directly on the water is simply paradise! Approximately 20 minutes away by Boat to Keewaydin Island & Coconut Island
It is a beautifully remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath home located on the Isle of Capri. The setting is quiet and relaxed for singles, couples, or small families. All rooms in the house open up to the screened-in patio and pool area where you can relax and unwind, dine, swim and get plenty of sun. You can walk or bike to 4 great waterfront restaurants located right on the island, as well as local marinas for boat and kayak rentals. Nearby Marco Island offers endless shopping, dining, beaches, and water sports, all just minutes away. Once you discover our island life, you will never want to leave!
Living Room – 2 full size sofas, 50” Smart TV, desk area and bar seating for 6 Master Bedroom – king size bed, 50” Smart TV, sliding doors that open to patio and a large walk-in closet; oversized bunk bed with a twin XL on top, queen on the bottom and a full XL pull-out trundle, 40” Smart TV, nice closet space, sliding doors that open to patio;Guest Bathroom – traditional tub & shower, extra storage space, large vanity
Kitchen – full size appliances including microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of counter space and a comfortable dining area with views of the pool and canal, door that opens to the patio;

A Stay on the Isles of Capri

When we arrived the home was spotless. It’s beautifully decorated, kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes and everything in perfect condition and order. Pool area is lovely! Our family of four enjoyed are vacation in this well kept cozy rental.

Fantastic vacation property

Family Vacation

Our young family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool was perfect to play in with the kids. The home is well equipped with nice bedding, towels, and linens. It sits in a quiet neighborhood with some good eating options nearby. You can watch the sunsets in the evening and make dinner in the well equipped kitchen. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property & great location

This is a beautiful property on the Isle of Capri. The property had everything we wanted--privacy and space, but still very close to excellent restaurants. We also enjoyed a sunset cruise with Cool Beans that was very close. But still an easy drive into Marco Island to enjoy the beaches. The house is very nice with cozy linens and towels, and a nicely stocked kitchen. The property manager was really nice to work with, and communication was good.

Beautiful Home

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks in March 2025. We loved this house. Very clean. Lots of amenities. The salt water pool was the perfect temperature. The neighborhood is quiet (which we enjoyed) but there are 4 different restaurants right down the street and many more right over the bridge to Marco if you feel the need to get out for a bit.

Perfect family paradise

My husband, myself and our 3 children ages 4,7 & 9 had the most wonderful stay here. We typically stay more north in Naples and it was such a treat to be on Isles of Capri & so close to Marco Island this year. we walked to Gypsy for drinks at sunset one night, beached everyday trying a new beach everyday and came home and the sunsets by the pool are spectacular. The house has everything you should need (and I do mean everything) and the beds are so comfortable. It really did far exceed our expectations and we can’t wait to come back. 10/10

Great Quick Trip

What a gem this place is! We’ve stayed on the Isle of Capri once before and it does not disappoint! This property was everything we could have hoped for and more. Great location, beautiful home and property. So clean and well maintained there isn’t one thing missing. The property manager, Evelim was incredible and always ready to answer any questions. Ocean Lovers/Boaters Dream Get Away

Really enjoyed everything about this home -located on a canal not too far from ocean access and in close proximity to restaurants, shops and other activities. House was amazingly clean and very comfortable inside and out. House had everything and more than you need supplies wise.We did have a few issues with the AC and a toilet leak (which is the only reason why I would rate 4 stars), but the property manager was prompt to respond and had repair techs on site very quickly. Evelim was great to work with and stopped by to make sure all was going ok with the repairs. Would for sure stay here again!

Pure Relaxation Vacation

We had the most wonderful stay on the Isles of Capri. To start off the house was absolutely beautiful and beyond clean, all appliances are state of the art and the decor appears to be out of a magazine. We had many lovely dinners on the pool deck overlooking the canal with gorgeous sunsets. Marco Island is just a short drive away with beautiful beaches, as well as some great local restaurants within walking distance on the Isles of Capri. My kids and I had the BEST vacation! We loved everything about the house, it matched the description perfectly. It had everything we needed for our stay; beach towels, beach chairs, hygiene items, shampoo/conditioner, comfortable sheets, blankets and pillows….all the accommodations that I would have for my own vacation home. Fabulous house - highly recommend!

We typically stay on Marco Island - this was our first stay on the Isle of Capri. The house is in a great location and everything on the listing was completely accurate. The bed and furniture was very comfortable. The house is fully stocked so you could definitely cook if you wanted to but we never did. The property manager was VERY responsive so no issues there. There are some nice restaurants very close by and Marco is less than a 10 min drive. Quiet neighborhood and there was nothing that we were lacking. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely house, clean. Quiet neighborhood. Two things to say: - The bunk bed room is very hot. The A/C isn’t good enough there. The rest of the house feels cold. - if you take a boat, you have to use the lift. There is NO space to tie your boat to the dock. Also, when I booked the house I asked about the boat ramp nearby and it was closed for months. Nobody said anything. The manager of the property is very helpful and nice.

We also truly appreciate your kind words about our property manager. Regarding the bunk room, we’re sorry to hear it felt warmer than the rest of the house, we already improved airflow for comfort. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the boat dock and the nearby ramp. Your comments are very helpful and we’ll be sure to update our listing to clarify the current dock setup and local ramp availability. Our dock is well-equipped with a boat lift and bumpers, making it ideal for boaters. However, please note that tides in our area change four times a day, two high and two low, which can affect docking conditions. We wish you had let us know that you weren’t familiar with using a boat lift, as we would have been happy to assist you in getting your boat set up safely. As for the boat ramp, the nearest one is currently closed for construction, and unfortunately, the County hasn’t provided an official reopening date. We shared information about it because we recently saw boats being launched there, but it appears it hasn’t been officially. Thankfully, the Marco Island boat ramps remain open and are a short drive from the Isles of Capri. We’re also sorry to hear about the A/C in the bunk room. Had we known during your stay, we would have done our best to address it right away. Your feedback is appreciated, and we hope to improve for future guests. We value your input and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Isles of Capri Gem!

This little slice of paradise is amazing! For the second year in a row, we had a wonderful experience and stay. There isn’t anything that has been missed and is highly recommended! From beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels, a wonderfully appointed kitchen and cozy outdoor space, the hosts have provided everything needed! The property is close to wonderful beaches and activities of Marco Island but provides a nice serene escape from that hustle and bustle at days end with beautiful sunset vistas. HIGHLY recommmended!!

Talk about a smooth experience! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, we weren’t in need of a thing. I have been renting on Marco Island/Isle of Capri for 44 years and this was definitely one of our smoothest experiences. Access to rental was easy. Home was just as described. Street was quiet. We didn’t have an inquiry the entire 2 1/2 weeks. We would definitely return!

Perfectly cozy and cool

This property is perfect size for a small group getaway. My husband and I enjoyed the comfy king size bed. The sheets were silky soft and the bath towels were thick and absorbent. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and store meals. Everything inside is new and first rate. The pool area is perfect outdoor living with living room and dining room for 8. My husband went fishing off the sea wall and caught lady fish and a jack. Absolutely highly recommend a stay at this beach-vibe home.

Do not pass this one up!!

This adorable property feels like home! It is super clean and has everything you may need! The outside pool area adds so much living space to this rental, I promise you will not be disappointed! The location is amazing!! Not in the middle of the hustle & bustle, less than 10 minutes from Marco Island and depending on which area of Naples you are with in 30 minutes or less! Grocery stores and anything you may need are all within under 10 miles. We hope to rent again!! Owner and communication was superb!

April 2024 Visit

We cannot say enough positive things about our stay at this rental- by far the best place we’ve ever booked. The house was spotless and very comfortable, especially the couch as oftentimes rental couches are tiny and modern. We appreciated being close enough to Marco Island to enjoy all the amenities of the island whenever we wanted, but really appreciate the quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. The pool/dock area was our family’s favorite feature of the house and was so beautiful and peaceful. The best part of our stay was that the property manager, Eve, was so responsive- providing recommendations for baby equipment rentals, allowing us flexibility with our check in/check out time, bringing extra propane at a moment’s notice, etc. Book this rental…there is so much to love!
