In need of some updates and repairs. Tv doesn’t work and if did they are the size of a computer monitor. Mold on the shower curtain. AC doesn’t cool the space, and the humidifier didn’t work causing the place to be damp. Great location but can’t imagine how hot the unit would be in the summer time.

Our host was very responsive to all communication! Our place was easy to find from the direction and a good location. It was clean and well stocked for what we needed for the weekend.

Great location and the heated pool and hot tub were excellent for a December visit. Unit is as expected but the TVs are very small and do not seem to be connected to cable.

Comfortable and Convenient

Comfortable bed and nice size furniture. TVs were small. Great pools and hot tub. Beach is easily walkable. Location is great close to shops and bars, Communication was great via text.

I love the location. Close to shops and kid friendly events! The Keurig coffee maker in the unit was a nice amenity that was much used during our stay.

Checking in was easy as it was a code on the door. Proximity to the beach, shopping, tram to the beach anccess and the pool are the main reason to stay here, all fantastic! The room, however, looks like it hasn’t been updated this century. The tv by the bed didn’t even work. We wouldn’t have used to anyways but worth noting. As long as your expectations are in check, this place is worth the price due to its proximity to everything.

Place was nice could use couple tweaks

Tv was really small, after coming in from the beach and dinner wanting to watch college football and World Series. No cable so if not a TV stream app user at home, out of luck. Internet went down a couple times and had to be restarted, not a big deal just a pain. David is spot on with communication.

Nice, spacious well-located studio

Pluses: Great location with bikes, live music, shopping right there and Rosemary Beach restaurants/shopping just down the street. Acess to private Seacrest Beach. Used beach chairs and umbrella in closet. 4 beach towels. Comfy king bed and lots of space for a studio. Areas for improvement: Not a single cutting knife in the place and very minimal things for food storage, etc. Two TV's but both are very small by current standards. Had a pepper shaker, no salt (we bought and left). Overall very nice stay and would recommend but a few added minor conveniences would make it 5 stars.

This rental comprised a series of disappointments. The television was much smaller than depicted in the photos. The television by the bed did not work at all and the television in the cabinet allowed you to stream only. We missed Sunday and Monday football and the World Series. The kitchen was poorly equipped. One of the reviews mentioned a great view, but all we saw was the parking lot. So, take all reviews with a grain of salt. The only positive thing I can say about this is that it was a good location for walking to restaurants and shops and beach. Definitely would not recommend this rental unit and we definitely won’t be staying here here on our next visit.

Perfect stay near the beach

We recently stayed 3 nights over July 4th in David’s condo and enjoyed it immensely! I rec’d many emails before our arrival and he made it a very smooth and easy process. This unit is right in the middle of all the action with Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach within easy walking distance. Additionally, there is also a tram that stops directly downstairs at Bldg. G and takes you right to the beach. If you would rather stay by the pool, it is also located right downstairs with plenty of lounging chairs and umbrellas. There are a ton of wonderful shops and boutiques, along with many incredible restaurants. We did try the following ones while we were there and loved them both for their food and atmosphere: •Pescado •Pizza by the Sea •Havana Beach Bar + Grill at The Pearl •Amigo’s 30A Mexican Kitchen •Cowgirl Kitchen •Raw and Juicy Overall, this condo was in an ideal spot and we would definitely stay there again. The live music in the evening was an added plus. It was the perfect size for my 2 daughters and myself as we celebrated the youngest turning 21 while we were there.

I cannot recommend this property because the air conditioner just did not cool the room effectively. The bed was sooooo uncomfortable.
