Our charming condo is located on the 2nd floor of the H Building in the resort and is only minutes away from the beach. The Village complex is nested between Rosemary and Alys Beach on 30A. Perfect for couples and families, reunions, meetings, retreats, bike rides, golf getaways and destination weddings. Art heaven. There are many unique shops and local restaurants walking distance.

Our unit sleeps 4. It has a King Size bed and a sleeper sofa that can sleep 2. This is a corner unit and one of the balconies overlooks the 2 new beautiful pools that were recently built at the Villages. The unit has been completely renovated in 2019.

Parking Notes: Parking is located behind the Villages of South Walton only steps away from stairs or elevator access to the unit. No parking passes are required.
