Location and what's nearby
You're five minutes on foot from Rosemary Beach's public sand, no HOA gate, no exclusive walkover, just a genuinely public beach access a short walk from your door. Alys Beach is an easy stroll past that, and 30A's restaurant corridor, coffee shops, and boutiques are all within walking distance. This stretch of 30A is built for a car-free few days: beach mornings, bike rides to lunch, golf-cart evenings.

Who this home is best for
Couples on a 30A getaway, small families with young kids (the pack n play and washer/dryer do a lot of work here), or a second unit for a larger group splitting across the main house and the carriage house. If you want 30A's walkability without paying for a 10-person house you don't need, this is the one.

Guest access
You get your own private entrance, separate from the main house, so there's no shared hallway or shared common space with the main house's guests. Self check-in means no coordinating arrival times, just let yourself in and start your trip.
