Nestled at the rear of the unit on the first floor, our Seacrest Beach Resort abode offers direct access to the acclaimed 12,000 Sq Ft Pool, featuring enchanting fountains, and a dedicated toddler/kiddie pool. Access to the renowned 30A beaches, voted the best US Beach in 2020, is just a stone's throw away, accessible via a complimentary beach trolley service (operating March-October), or a leisurely walk or bike ride.

Beach Chair rentals: Should you desire to rent beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas), La Dolce Vida provides such amenities. You can visit their website for all details. Make sure you click on the Villas at Sunset Beach. To rent this gear, please locate the attendant at the base of the stairs for beach access. We recommend using the website to rent chairs and umbrellas in advance, especially during the summer months.

Parking passes and Wristbands:

All guests staying at Seacrest Beach Resort need to pre-register, in advance of arrival. For this resort, you will be given parking passes for 2 (and no more than 3) vehicles. Wristbands for additional guests may be provided. All Seacrest beach guests must have a parking decal displayed on the dashboard of their vehicle(s) for the entirety of their stay. The parking decals will be provided at guest services.To find guest services, you simply park in the parking zone with the number of your unit. Enter the main condominuim building; walk out the patio doors, straight back to the roped off area, at the back of pool deck, labeled Guest Services. They will provide you with all the requisite information, wristbands for pool and beach access, along with the parking passes. Outside of the parking areas on your property, the gravel bays aligning the streets throughout the community offer a common area parking. Do not block driveways when parking there.
