Welcome to the luxury gated community of Cypress Dunes. Butterfly Beach House is a luxury beach home with all the comforts of a hotel and provides full privacy for you and your guests. 1/2 mile from the beach, minutes from Destin, close to everything on 30A, its the perfect location for your vacation. With 4 outdoor living areas, private ensuite bedrooms, you and your guests will have the space they need to make your vacation plans extraordinary. Bike, street-legal Golf Cart rentals available.
The space -Beautiful accommodations and no detail forgotten. Three spacious bedrooms with ensuites, and provided seating in each room. Each bedroom also features a TV with cable and streaming services. Gourmet kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oversized sink and fully stocked for your cooking needs. Silverware, measuring cups, sheet pans, pots, saute pans, bowls, and dish-ware are just some of the things available for your use. Also included: a coffee pot, toaster oven, and blender. There is an eight person dining table and a four person bar for both formal and intimate encounters. The living room includes plush seating, and an HD tv with cable and streaming services. A washer and dryer are provided for guest usage. There are four porches/patios for guests. Outdoor gas grill, outdoor dining, living spaces, common space in rear, infinity pool, fitness center, and hot tub all available for guest use.

Great Stay!

We had such a great week staying in this home. The host was great! She was super quick to respond and even reached out the day before with beach closure updates. The home was spotless and looks exactly like the photos. The queen size bunkbeds were a huge hit with my kids. This house does not come with a golf cart and we debated on renting one privately to get to the beach. The host suggested we don’t, and we’re so glad we listened to her. Driving to the beach is the best option. Although parking is a little tough, it would’ve been the same struggle with the golf cart so it didn’t matter, saving us about $800 when I priced it out. The checkout process was one of the easiest ones we’ve done in a rental. We weren’t spending our last day with a laundry list of things to do and clean. She just had a few requests and that was it. We were out the door. We loved our stay here and hope to make it back someday!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our home is situated in a nature preserve next to TopSail and it is just minutes away from the #1 rated beach in the US, Grayton. The closest beach access which is pristine and less crowded is a 3 minute cart or bike ride. There is a semi private neighborhood access beach and then a couple of blocks down in Dune Allen there is a public beach with facilities. We really love our Butterfly Beach House and enjoy sharing with families. We personally enjoy renting from Big Daddy’s for bikes or for street legal Golf cart we have had guest rent from 30a carts - but a quick google search can provide all the details for the perfect rental for your family and guests. We’ve also walked to beach and it is about 15-20 minute walk. Our cleaning crew comes in with gloves and masks and refreshes all the linens. I am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and I have a private team with tight relationships along 30A. We are using bleach on linens and in bathrooms and showers. As a side note, Publix delivers to our home via Instacart. We are in gated community with pools, hot tub, fireplace, Gulf viewing decks, tennis courts and gym. There are fantastic restaurants around and Topsail has amazing trails, kayaking etc. I provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels, some younger kid toys, and the home is well equipped with internet access and streaming service access in all rooms. You will most enjoy the outdoor living spaces. We have an upper and outdoor deck grill as well. The private residence has access has plenty of bike, golf, and car parking. The location is what attracted us. It’s not in the middle of the crazy busy parts of Seaside and Rosemary but it’s the same Emerald coast with much less congestion. We are happy to provide a list of favorite spots, restaurants, and other local area information upon a completed booking.
