Exceptional Service and Comfortable Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this Evolve property. Anthony was stellar with communication from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. The property itself was very homely, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed readily accessible. It truly made our stay comfortable and relaxing during my daughter’s graduation weekend. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The unit was very clean, well maintained, a lot of small Details were very nice touches. The check in was easy, parking was easy, we were overall very pleased with our stay.

We stayed in the area because we had concert tickets at SPAC. The apt was an easy drive onto the highway to get to Saratoga Springs. It was a SUPER EASY walk down into Albany for breakfast and whatever else you want to do. Lots of theaters close by. When we first pulled onto the street, we were worried that maybe we weren’t in a safe neighborhood but the neighbors outside were very nice and helped us find our rental right away. The apt was pretty clean, and had everything we needed for a quick weekend trip. If you’re hoping for peace and quiet, I’m afraid you won’t find it here. In a ground level apartment you will often hear neighborhood kids playing right outside your living room window during the day, loud music from cars at night. Overall, it was a good stay. Worth the money we spent to stay and we felt safe while we were there.

Family meeting in Albany

The place was nice and clean and the manager was very communicative and friendly. He gave us great advice on restaurants! The venue for the concert we were there to see MVP stadium was in walking distance as were several great restaurants.

Very clean, can walk to lots of restaurants, arena..first day parking was a little tough but had no problems the rest of our stay. Neighbors are friendly. Owners are quick to tespind & are helpful

Great spot! Walkable to everything

The local property managers were great. The location is close to everything we were doing. The neighborhood was a bit run down but the neighbors are very nice. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed to cook meals, etc. We would stay again, it’s ridiculously close to the Palace. A bit of a walk to MVP but easy- restaurants, stores and bars easy to walk to.

Street was a little less appealing than we expected I didn’t feel like I could let my 14 yr old walk out by himself. No real windows other than the main street window and I think it would have been too small for 5 people to stay. Host was great at communicating and apartment was clean and host had left everything you’d needed to be comfortable.

We’ve followed up with the homeowner about your feedback, and they want to share the following:- Families and children use the street regularly without issue, and there's a park nearby where kids play daily.- While we don’t have control over the surrounding neighborhood, the listing includes accurate photos of the street to help set expectations.- There are real windows in every room except the kitchen. Both bedrooms, the bathroom, and the living room have windows, all clearly shown in the listing photos.- The unit comfortably sleeps 5 with a queen bed, queen pullout, and twin bed. We've hosted many groups of this size without issue.We’re grateful for your feedback—it helps us continue delivering the 5-star hospitality we’re known for.

Good spot for my teenage son and I

Convenient and nice 15 minute walk to mvp arena. Has everything one really needs except a nearby grocery store within walking distance but plenty within a 10 minutes drive. Seemed relatively safe. Stayed three nights. Internet seemed to lag at times so maybe it's capped?
