Lovely and updated beach home and detached garage with separate living space above, including full bath and AC. Perfect family beach house with central air, wifi, multiple TVs, outdoor shower and fire pit, very close to beaches, ponds, bike trail and all that Cape Cod has to offer! Linens and towels are provided. New washer drier unit just installed in downstairs den/bedroom!

This is a great setup for a large family. There are only two bathrooms in the main house where we had 8 Adults, but it was workable. Kitchen is well furnished with plenty of dishes and cookery. Spice cabinet was well stocked. Overall a great unit.

Clean stay

Clean, easy communication. Great location with pond beach within walking distance! Would definitely stay here again. Loved the space above the garage.

Such a lovely stay!! The house is very clean and modern. Jessica is very communicative and is always available. Plenty of room for guests and privacy. Close to the beach and grocery stores. Would definitely go back!!

Perfect spot for families!

We loved this house, our pre teens especially liked the detached garage with the bonus room. They hung out there at night and in the early am and didn’t bother us once! House is in great location, close to beaches, restaurants and bike path. House came with all the amenities we needed! Would recommend.

An amazing stay!

We could not have asked for a better rental for our group. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was awesome and big enough for a group. Jessica was extremely communicative, yet gave us our privacy. The only thing I would like to call out is that sheets and towels aren't provided and VRBO hid that information under a text link so we almost missed it! We would love to come back.

HHS Reunion

The home was lovely and I would stay there again. Access was super easy and owner very communicative. Do note the detail in the listing where it says they don’t supply linens or towels. This is true, you gotta bring your own.

Great space for multiple families

Loved so many things about our stay here. House was clean and kitchen had nice modern appliances. My family stayed in the main house, where there are 2 bedrooms (King and 2 twins) upstairs, and 2 bedrooms (Queen and nice pullout soft) on main floor. My brother's small family stayed in the large room above the garage that had 2 twins and a pullout sofa. When we first arrived we had trouble finding the laundry area and Jessica responded to us right away. Location in Eastham was great - so close to many beaches, groceries and short drives to nearby towns. Drawbacks to be aware of: the laundry is in the basement, only accessible from the bulkhead door outside on the side of the house. We also had to bring our own linens, which might not be a big deal if you drive, but we flew and had to check an extra big suitcase with sheets, bath towels and beach towels. Would have appreciated mirrors in the bedrooms so people showering could finish getting ready outside the bathroom, and was disappointed I couldn't find an iron/ironing board. Overall, this was a nice home base for our family and we did enjoy our stay!

Very comfortable for 5 of us (3 generations)

Very comfortable; Jessica replied promptly (all via VRBO email). House: clean, linen provided. Kitchen: modern (some parts of the house not yet updated). We had the younger generation in 2 upstairs bedrooms (with bathrm—they got the king bed); we stayed in downstairs bedroom (another bathroom + bedroom, where we kept suitcases, as our bedroom had closet but no drawers). Above 2-car garage (separate structure) is a large with bathroom/couch/2 single beds, perfect for work from “home.” Garage: ping pong & (learned too late) backup propane tank for the grill. Wifi very good. A/C very effective. Though close to Rte 6, no noise issue. TV: great, very large TV in living room (small TV in downstairs BR); you can sign in w/ your own streaming acct or attach your Roku, etc; no local channels. AC is very effective. Lge deck outside the kitchen door, w/ dining table when the weather suits, but no indoor dining table (but round table in rm above garage and kitchen has counter with metal stools). Found no folder/binder with info (other than VRBO site), but via email Jessica readily provided useful beach/restaurant rec.s. Eastham beaches: weekly pass or at 2 beaches pay $30/day. One free walkable beach but no parking/toilet. Nearby National Park beaches: beautiful, slightly lower daily fee, can be hard to get in midday. Bike path easy walking distance from house. Orleans (Stop & Shop) just 10 min away. Much to recommend.

We bought this house because we love Eastham and we love Cape Cod! We've been vacationing here for ten years and now we enjoy this home with our family and friends all year long. We think it's a really special and unique property that families can enjoy together. It comfortably sleeps many people, has been nicely updated, and feels cozy, clean, and cool in the summer!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This house has the space and amenities that I always look for when I go away: updated kitchen, central air, comfortable beds and couches, and beautiful and spacious outdoor space to enjoy Cape Code days and nights. Sit on the deck with coffee or wine, eat inside or outside, enjoy the outside shower and fire pit, and then retreat to your own bedroom for some quiet time. Walk or bike to the bay side, to the National Seashore, and the Cape Cod rail trail. Tons of great restaurants in town and nearby.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Main house has four bedrooms (one can be a bedroom or a den as we've put an American Leather queen sleeper instead of a full bedroom set) and two full baths, and the addition above the garage functions as a separate apartment with beds, couch, table, microwave, and full bath. Perfect for groups that value space and privacy, or for giving the kids their own space to play/sleep while the adults enjoy the main house.
