Less than one hour from Tampa and 45 minutes from Disney World, located close to multiple beaches. 5 minutes away from one of the most popular Floridian attractions Weeki Wachee's State Spring Park perfect for enjoying mermaid shows, kayaking, wildlife and more.

The neighborhood

Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Home is located on ½ Acre of private land with lots of privacy, Beautiful pool with 1/2 Acre of Distance from rear neighbors.

Getting around

Our home is located nearby plenty of shopping centers, If you need anything during your stay you are only 5 minutes away from a local shopping plaza with a grocery store, pizzerias, bars and just about everything you could ever need. Plaza also features shopping mall.Five miles away from the local beaches, Famous Disney World is less than 45 minutes away and one of Florida’s most popular state springs Weeki-Wachee is just 5 minutes from the home where you can enjoy a variety of activities including mermaid shows, kayaking, water slides and wildlife. Perfect home for the family or a couple to get away. Additional guest charges outside of confirmed reservation will be doubled.Checking ins and outs monitored audio video recorded by surveillance cameras-ring.

Winter rate 30 nights or more is based on two guests. Additional guest fee of $25 per person per night after two will apply.

General Rate is based on four people, additional guest fee of $50 per person per night if additional guest added after reservation confirmation.

Kindly note: Should guests opt for pool heating, a supplementary charge of $35/day will be applied for short term stays under 90 nights. Please inform us in advance to ensure optimal service. Thank you for your understanding.
