The place was a great studio setup. It has a private entrance, was clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The bed was super comfortable.The host, Heath, was friendly, answered inquiries quickly, and ready to furnish anything we needed.It was a good central location for day trips to various areas of Vermont.

A Experience!

We.would mist definitely stay at this property again! The location was great for access to Kauffman Stadium (15-20 minute drive).The apartment was very clean, cute, and safe. All 3 of us were very impressed!

Nice two bedroom in a good neighborhood

Nice apartment in a safe and clean area near where we needed to be. pots pans, comfortable beds. Recently remodeled. The owner Cara was responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

The property is pet-friendly and near your everday local stores (Walmart, Dollar Store, etc) and plenty of eating places. The host response time was quick ( less than 10 minutes) and readily availble for any questions or concerns. The apartment was cute and cozy as advertise and had plenty available to accomodate my stay. It was super quiet and the outskirts of the neighborhood was beautiful, clean, safe, and the landscapping was well kept. If you stay here there is no need to bring a ton of extra items unless you need certain things to satisfy your comfort level. Other than that the stay was great and served the purpose for which I needed it for.

Short stay

Apt was nice good size for family of 4. No extra blankets for couch. Only 2 towels. Only half roll of toilet paper. So be prepared! Luckily lots of stores close.

4 Night Stay

Once we entered the apartment we smelled a dog aroma. Definitely can tell a dog has stayed previously. The air conditioning/ furnace is sooo loud and outdated we could not talk to each other from the room to the living room. Literally had to yell. And yes it’s that LOUD. The tv in the second bedroom would not work and had no wifi to use. Apartment was overall comfortable and located in a nice neighborhood. Thanks VRBO

Blue Springs Stay

The condo was lovely with all the necessary linens, dishes, etc. We reviewed the listing and did not see the mention of the 2nd story which included climbing 14 stairs. My husband has disabilities, but he made the trek twice a day. Needs to list this part of the condo. Also, not that important, but the air conditioner was quite loud and it seems hard to regulate. Otherwise and excellent stay and choice of condo. Thank you.

The apartment was exactly as stated in the listing! We didn’t get to the apartment until after dark and, although we had the code to get into the lockbox (which I’ve never opened before so that was a learning for me), there was no information given about how to enter the apartment until the next day- the day after our arrival. If we had gotten there during the day it wouldn’t have been as confusing, but it would have helped to know that the entrance to the house was up the stair and the door at the bottom of the stairs door is to the garage. Another thing that I thought was interesting is that there isn't mattress covers on the beds. While it doesn’t matter to me, it’s something to be aware of. Lastly, for awareness, there isn’t a security system with this property and no block for the sliding glass door. We’ve rented several properties before this and they have all had at least a Ring security system on the doors. While this may not have kept us from renting, they are things I would have liked to have known since this stay was just my daughters and I. Overall, the apartment was clean, it is a friendly and quiet neighborhood, is close to a shopping mall and a lot of great restaurant choices, the checkout details are printed in the living room so easy to find, and all our needs were met! If we have any reason to stay in Blue Springs in the future, we will likely rent this property again!
