Wonderful stay for my son’s bachelor weekend. Ideal location for restaurants and sights to see. Communication was quick and professional. House was perfect and had the amenities we were looking for. All and all, a great stay and would highly recommend!

Beautiful spacious property with a perfect sized jacuzzi and pool. Plenty of amenities and helpful communication with the managers.

Martinis and Bikinis bachelorette weekend

We had such a fun time at this property. The location was great to downtown Scottsdale! The property manager was very attentive for any questions we had as well! It was a gorgeous house!

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for our annual girls trip! This place is amazing :) the other places we have rented in Scottsdale never look like the pictures online & have been super disappointing. Not this one! Super nice, clean & has so much space to entertain!!! Hosts were great & responsive!

We had an amazing time staying at Modern Industrial - Near Old Town! There were 8 of us, and the space was perfect, everything was exactly as advertised. The home was clean, well-stocked, and super comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor living area and the pool, it was the perfect spot to hang out and relax together. The location was also great, close to everything in Old Town. We’ll definitely be coming back and staying at this same property again!

Great house!

This was an awesome house and everything went very smoothly with booking, check-in, and check-out. The house itself was great for our group and had the perfect amount of space. The location was solid and it was very easy to get around town or wherever we needed to go with this property as the home base. Communication was very quick with the management company and the entire process went perfectly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking!
