This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath home with bonus room sleeps 9 an has an amazing open floor plan and gorgeous finishes. The master has a king bed and smart tv. The guests room has queen bed and twin bed and our bonus room has another twin bed. Enjoy the the oversized living room with smart tv and that is open to the spacious kitchen. It will accommodate 3 more quests with the pull out sofa and futon bed. All lines are provided for you. This home is spacious and fully stocked for all your needs while you are away from home. Now you can also enjoy free wi-fi with our new fiber optic internet.
It is centrally located and close to all the amenities with a view of the pool and shuffle board right from your covered back porch.
The resort is full of a variety of things to do like swimming, tennis, fitness center, sauna , volleyball and basketball, tennis courts and even a petting zoo with 2 new baby goats. The Landing also offers first come first serve boat slips at no additional charge.

The home is on stilts so you will park under the house and if grilling is something you enjoy we just added a new gas grill that is also located under the house. I think you will find that VV's Villa has everything you need for an awesome vacation.

Steinhatchee is a laid back and enjoyable place to visit so come by and stay awhile and let this place be on your to go list year after year. A little slice of heaven! We enjoyed our stay here so much! The place we usually stay when we come down was destroyed by the hurricane last year. The neighborhood was so cute and quiet. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! We definitely will book here again!

I love Steinhatchee landing and love this property. It’s clean, updated/beautiful decor, modern, I love the layout. The location is right by the resort amenities. I love this place.

Stayed at home while in Steinhatchee for a fishing trip. House and neighborhood was clean, well equipped and host was available when needed (contacted for early check in due to weather). Would stay here again and hope to soon with family.

Scallop Trip

We stayed last year, in the Stargazer, just love the Landings, we acquired a dog since last year, so needed a house that would accommodate our new family member. The access to the pool is great, after scalloping, and we could keep an eye of our dog on the patio while in the pool so it was perfect.

Great house

Very nicely furnished and clean. It was very hot when we stayed there and the a/c was excellent. The fans on front porch and back porch were not working.Ami was not able to get them working . She responded very quickly and tried her best. I would definitely stay again

Beautiful home, guest consideration could use some work

Home does not offer wifi or cable which means all 3 tvs must be hotspot in from phones to work. This is a little ridiculous to ask of guests after paying what averages out to be $400.00 a night to stay. The home is lovely, the location is perfect and property manager is so great though.

Hi, my name is Ami Sams. I am the owner of Steinhatchee River Rentals. I have been in the real estate business for 19 years now.
I love working with people in all aspects of the real estate. I spend most of my summer as a hands on Property Manager that you can count on. I have the experience to handle the pressure of the Scallop Season and know what it takes to turn properDes over quickly to make owners more money. I have owned my own cleaning company since 2008 and have 6 great hard working staff members.I also clean and do laundry during scallop season to keep things moving more efficiently.
I currently manage several 5 star properDes in the area and I am always looking for new ones and new ideas to be beMer at what I do.
I grew up in Steinhatchee on Riverside Drive at a small fish camp. I enjoy meeting new people and love to accommodate them to ensure they have a wonderful time. I have built a reputation for being honest, faithful, hard working and very responsive to my customers and clients.
In my spare time I enjoy remodeling and decorating homes with my husband, fishing & scalloping, cooking for family & friends and helping others in the community.
I hope to get to know you better and work with you in the future. Ami Sams
