Wonderful house right on the beach! Private beach access through the beautiful sea oats--watch the sun come up over the ocean. The house was beautifully remodeled and comfortable! Beds, chairs and couches were all very comfortable--even the throw blankets were super nice! Three HUGE windows facing the beautiful beach were the BEST! Really nice job on the remodel--cool beams up to the sky lights...! Would definitely stay again! The only issue we had was the ice maker wasn't working, but the owner had 2 giant bags delivered to us, so we were taken care of! Very clean and well appointed.

Lovely Little House with a beautiful view of the Ocean

Great beachfront getaway

We really enjoyed the great view of the beach & surf— so many seabirds and dolphins! Easy beach access via the path one house away.

This is an amazing property, right on the ocean. Everything was as described. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

Great location

The view can't be beat. Just a couple houses away from the public access point so making it out to the beach is easy and quick. Home was very nice and had everything to make our stay great.

This house was perfect!!! It had everything we needed and was in the perfect location. Easy drive to restaurants, shopping, and adventures . Best of all just open the door and you’re on the beach!!! Amazing view from the whole house! Just perfect!

Great house on the beach

Property was very clean and the location was superb. Property mgr. was easy to deal with. Could have used some extra hand towels for bathroom, and it was really quiet and peaceful there except for the last night when we had some loud partiers next door. Overall, it was a great stay.

Perfect winter weekend, OBX!!

We've made it an annual tradition to spend a girls weekend every December in the OBX for my moms birthday. The SipSea exceeded expectations was absolutely perfect for the five of us. Pictures were accurate, property was clean and beautiful. The ocean views were incredible!!! Highly recommend The Sipsea and hope to stay here again in the future :)

Just Right!

I had a client visiting for a fishing trip, and we were lucky enough to find James’ property. It was the perfect spot for us for the weekend’s activities. Centrally located in Nags Head with beautiful view of the beach, it is a well appointed and clean house! James was a terrific host, communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful retreat

It was wonderful to enjoy a week at the beach in the Outer Banks off season. Sip-n-Sea is comfortable and cozy, providing the essentials whether you want to cook every meal or enjoy local restaurants. Beach access is only one house away, and we appreciate the need to preserve the dunes. Sitting on the porch off the kitchen, sipping a beverage and watching the waves — what a getaway.
