Le Sweet Southern Pearl bénéficie d'un emplacement central à proximité de nombreuses attractions de la région, notamment la jetée récemment rénovée de Jennette's Pier, l'aquarium de Manteo, le Jockey's Ridge, le centre commercial Tanger Outlet Shopping, le phare de Bodie Island, la repas décontractés et bien plus encore.

Profitez des magnifiques levers de soleil, des dauphins jouant dans les vagues et la vie dans l'océan tout en buvant votre café du matin sur votre balcon donnant directement sur l'océan. Les caractéristiques de la propriété incluent: câble, WiFi, accès direct à la plage, grillades en plein air, 2 piscines extérieures (fermées en basse saison) et aire de jeux pour enfants.

The condo was located right on the beach with an amazing view. It is in a great location with easy access to everything. We enjoy the Outer Banks vibe. There were a few issues and after contacting owner, problems solved. It was a great trip! We hope to be return in the future.

Everything in the condo was wonderful. Very clean and very welcoming. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. We have stayed here several times and will continue to come down and stay in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. The furniture was comfortable, the views beautiful. We loved the close ocean views. We also appreciated the great shade and curtains on fhe secondary bedroom. It made for a great, dark, sleeping environment.

Great communication by the host. The condo provided stunning views of the ocean and sunrise. It was equipped with everything to make Christmas dinner. Just make sure to bring kitchen towels and rag (we were prepared after reading other reviews). The table was the perfect place to build our holiday puzzle.

We would highly recommend staying here. The host kept us updated and we had no issues. The view is amazing. Couch is super comfortable and clean. Unit is updated and the cleanest I have ever stayed in!! I never would have guessed based on the age of the complex how great this place would be.

The owner and care takers were good communicators, checking in a couple times a few times. Instructions were clear.The kitchen was very well stocked; we cook often and weren't missing anything.The condo was spacious and the ocean view was extraordinary.

Wonderful location

This was a wonderful little condo! Right on the beach with convenient entrance to the beach. We had just about everything we needed for a one week stay. We would definitely pick this place again for a future trip!

On the heels of a tropical depression we could not have asked for more beautiful weather! We requested an early check in, just in case we got down early. Location was perfect for the restaurants we go to most and areas the husbands like to fish in! Excellent long weekend, thank you!

Yes, the host was welcoming. Was disappointed that we did not have a kitchen dish towel or dish rag.
