The open living area features the living room with sleep-sofa, fully-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast counter and a dining area. The floor to ceiling glass doors maximize the views and natural light, giving the condo a nice open feel. There is a large balcony off of the living area and master bedroom that runs the entire width of the condo. This is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful beach and ocean views. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king sized bed, television and an ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a king sized bed and television. The third bedroom features a queen sized bed and television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. There is a second private balcony on the west-end of the condo that provides additional outdoor living space. This condo has been nicely updated, well maintained and is in good condition. Building amenities include a NEW outdoor pool, oceanfront sun deck, outside shower, elevators, game room, exercise room and two parking spaces. Convenient location is close to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, parks and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Parking pass and building registration are $60. Please visit the building's front desk upon your arrival for passes and amenity codes. General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.
The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.
Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

It was very clean. Some suggestions: The bathrooms need updating and a ceiling fan in the master bedroom as it seemed warmer in there than anywhere else in the condo. It would have been good to know the pool was permanently closed. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Really nice spot
Our family had a great time! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the beach right outside. The balcony was amazing for morning sunrise views. Easy checkin and parking.
We really wanted to give this 5 stars but two of the bedrooms have extremely bright lights outside the windows that cannot be turned off. The curtains in the rooms do nothing to block the light so it’s basically like sleeping in a room with the lights on all night. If there were blackout curtains in there we would be been so happy!

Beware!!
We arrived Saturday and unfortunately ended up having to leave and find new lodging on Monday because there were bedbugs in the master bedroom. My poor daughter-in-law was bitten all over her body. However, Coastal Living did refund our money immediately and were very apologetic.

Hello Jeanmarie. Yes, Coastal Life Vacations did indeed refund all of your money in agreement with the condo owner, and were very sympethetic to your situation. Unfortunately we cannot control what is brought into the property (by previous guests,maintenance contractors, etc.)....all Coastal Life and the owner can do is react and work to remedy the problem as quick as possible. That's exactly what occurred in this situation. Once you notified our office of the situation, we jumped into action and immediately contracted a Pest Control Company to eliminate any possible bedbugs. Two treatments were performed and the condo was then inspected and given a clean bill. We have had ZERO issues like this since and Irene 307 continues to be one of our premier condos. If reading this review, I ask you to please take note of how fair and quick the owner and Coastal Life were in this situation. Also note the many 5 star reviews this condo has received. It is an excellent vacation rental and has brought joy to many families over the last two summers.

The property was in a good location with direct access to beach. It is nicely decorated and overall space was good for 6 people. A couple of minor cons - bathroom doors are difficult to open and need adjusting. The vacuum cleaner was filthy and needs a new filter as it barely picked up any dirt. The Master bedroom faces the ocean and I wished the curtains were darker. I don't want to wake up at the crack of dawn everyday on my vacation with the sun beaming in. None of these really bothered me however, the biggest issue that did was a loud buzzing sound coming from the Rainbow 24/7. This unit is on the end on the 3rd floor and the constantly buzzing was a big annoyance sitting on the big beautiful balcony and sleeping in the master bedroom. It affected my sleep every night.

Fire your cleaning company! This condo is older , which is fine but is need of a good deep cleaning. Upon arriving the balcony is full of dusty furniture and leaves. Inside the “linen package” basically you have to take off the nasty dirty comforter that’s on the bed to put on your own sheets , never had to do that before. After driving all day we preheated the oven to cook a frozen pizza and the oven started to smoke! Their was a moldy pizza in there!! The night stands in the master bedroom were full of junk, and the slinding glass door in there was off track . The comforter in the guest bedroom had what looked like blood on it, I don’t think they ever get washed ! For what you charge in the summer months I expect way cleaner .

Overall lovely place but the owner could definitely add some lighting the living room, dining room area. housekeeping would on get a C - there were two king size beds and a queen but the bedding supplied was for two queens and one king - not comfortable and overall cleaning for this visit could have been better. There was a broken lamp/glass decoration lying on the floor of the dec upon our arrival & we needed to clean the hall bathroom before using it. The front patio towards the street has a broken door lock and it never locked. We were ok though since the condo door had a separate lock. Thanks for helping us with this booking.
