The place had pretty much everything we needed to stay there! It fit our group of 10 pretty well! It’s also fairly close to downtown and the beach. The host was super accessible!

We enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Nice fenced in backyard that our girls enjoyed playing in.

Family of 7 and it was enough room for us. Kids really liked it. Has all the basics you need and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Especially loved the fenced in yard for the kids.

Great Stay!

The duplex was very clean and maintained. The owner was very helpful and polite. We had plenty of linens and towels. Do to city traffic we were within 45 minutes of Folly beach. There were a few family friendly places very close. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Nice place

Overall really nice place. Just a hard time to get ahold of property owner via the Vrbo app and wasn’t very accommodating to the fact that I didn’t receive check in details till about an hour after check in time.

Nice but needed some work

This place was very nice there were minor things the celing in living room had visiable water damage and the futon under that water damage was broke. The back yard was very nice and so qas kitchen. Also one of the ice trays was broke.

Surprise birthday

The managee did a grear job communicating with us. Place was clean and close by to what we had planned. However, the photos were incorrect in terms of bow many rooms. One room was a duplicate of the same room which caused confusion about the beds. Small futon was uncomfortable and seem to be broken. Large couch futon could use a puffer mattress for more softness. A fan is needed in living room with bug treatment.

Nice updated small condo. Ceiling needs some work and having to go outside to do laundry was different but nice to have. As for the area not a safe area at all cops were out all the time dealing with calls across the street and down the road. On the corner of the road there was a memorial for someone Who was shot and killed there. If I would have known the area I would not have rented.

Chaleston Trip

We had a short 4 day stay in Charleston to visit family during the holidays. The home is a duplex and our neighbors had a party two nights while we were there, and being. duplex, it was rather loud. They also parked in our driveway, which I had to ask to move. Also, the listing states that there is a washer and dryer, but we could not locate a washer and dryer anywhere. Our stay and amenities were comfortable. I would suggest to update your bed and bathroom linens, they were older with lots of wear and tear. Also, the glass shelf in the half bath, across from the toilet, either remove or move up to a higher location. The location was great, being 15 minutes to the airport and about a 40 min drive to the Sullivan Island and Folley beach. Overall, it was a good stay and very affordable.

I was in town for work and the location was in a good spot for me. Nice furnishings and decor. Only things I would complain about would be no glasses/cups. Only coffee mugs. And the sliding glass door was difficult to close. I would stay here again.

Booked for a week. Stayed 1 night. Family emergency and not a place for us. This is more for college kids or low income. Kitchen had hanging fly traps and kitchen utensils and pots I would not use. Cleaning staff was kind to leave a paper towl bow on the paper towel dispenser. Pull out in living room was paper thin and disgusting, I will leave it up to your imagination. Washer and dryer had wet items still in them. Main bathroom had mold in the ceiling and the towl holder was coming off the tub. The floor and lower walls looked to have had water damage at some point. The sliding glass doors didn't slide. The grill was inoperable for sometime. The bunk beds were not an issue. It was the smell of mold that was a deal breaker for also not staying. There were no fire extinguishers . Host was kind but he did not have to stay there. Not somewhere I will rent again. PS. This is my first time renting and I made a mistake. I wont do that again. This is also my first bad review online ever.
