This was a great property! Perfect for our family gathering and 60th anniversary celebration. Everyone had their own space and plenty of space to be together. Great location. Close to lots to do. Clean, comfortable, Wheelchair accessible.

I booked this property for the majority of my family to stay in as we had a wedding we were hosting & attending in the area. The 5 condos provided separate space for each family & the Penthouse was big enough a the common hang out place. None of our kids complained about being bored, since there was the awesome game room & hot tub. Would definitely recommend staying here.Thanks for having us!

Our son was getting married in Niles and this was the house we found that met all our needs:Handicap guest, game room, plenty of parking, enough bedrooms, somewhere for me to prep the rehearsal food and that it was clean. Everyone loved the place!! Thank you!!

Great stay. The inside of the house is new and clean. Beds were comfortable. Amenities were great. Game room was nice. It’s close to an awesome restaurant Grand Mere. We had 24 adults and everyone had a place to sleep.

Great for multi-family vacation

Great location and great space for a large group. The separate but connected units worked well for us, giving everyone their own space but also large areas for us to gather as a group. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed.

Great multi-condo unit with common area in the back to hangout. Sub-groups get their own living spaces with bathrooms and showers and kitchens which is quite convenient. Listing shows it can sleep up to 30 but I think that's a stretch. Only things I'd add are:1) beach towels (couldn't find any), 2) the garage could use a TV for sports watching while hanging outside and, 3) the fire table isn't very effective (maybe because it's missing the glass?). More outdoor warmth options would be nice. All in all, really a great stay.

Amazing stay for New Year's celebration.

We had an amazing stay with our group of 25! The property is impeccable - clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. We loved that almost every bedroom has it's own bathroom. Perfect for families. Kids were entertained at the pool table and arcade games and everyone enjoyed a great time in the spacious living room. The host (Tony) was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had a seamless experience. Highly recommend this property for large groups! We will be back.

Amazing property and wonderful hosts! This property was wonderful for our wedding party, including some family and friends that knew each other as well as others that did not prior to this trip. It was a perfect blend of enabling each subgroup to have privacy if they so desired, but also having common spaces large enough for everyone to get together. The accommodations were modern, fresh and clean. The hosts were very communicative and wonderful to work with! Every single person in our wedding party loved the stay at this property! The accommodations here were a big part of a very successful wedding weekend for our family and friends! Thank you so much!

Our family reunion at the Family Retreat was wonderful. All the families or family groups had their own condo with the Penthouse being our whole family gathering place for dinner and hanging out. Yet, being individual condos, the late night people were able to continue to visit with no issue with sound waking others. The location was perfect for people walk to get donuts/coffee, visit the dunes and coastal cities. Being super close to stores was very helpful. The furnishings were great and all the condos were super clean. Highly recommend.

Perfect for large groups!

We brought close to 30 people with a mix of adults and younger kids, and this place was really exceptional. The separate interior units worked very well - for example, a family with an infant stayed in their own unit - and the amenities on hand kept kids more than entertained while we were at the house. They are already begging to come back! It's also close to the world-class beaches of Lake Michigan, clean, attractively furnished, and has a responsive owner/manager who was quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay very much and will have this high on the list for a return visit.

This is a wonderful property for a large family or for smaller groups. The 5 separate condos allowed for privacy and quiet from the bigger group, but still allowed everyone to be together. The Penthouse was perfect for everyone to gather together! Check in was easy, and wifi was strong. The hosts were super responsive for any questions or needs. They sent treats for the group and were so great to deal with. The place is in great condition, very clean and had plenty of fun stuff to do. It was well stocked with towels and anything you might need to cook and grill. The washer and dryer in each unit made it easy for a long stay. The location couldn't be better, so close to the freeway, yet it was quiet. Very close to beaches and restaurants and shopping. Our group was in town for a family reunion and had a blast! We rented the entire building and it was well worth the price. We would definitely rent this property again!

This was our first family vacation. We had 14 adults, 7 teens, and 8 under the age of six. The house was perfect for our crew. Our host set us up with pack-n-plays and highchairs. It rained one day, but between the game room and hot tub, everyone had something to do. Nicole, my contact person, was incredible. She alleviated my concerns and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We all had a wonderful time, thank you!
