Cozy Renovated Lakehouse with Boat Dock and Canal Access

Beautifully updated lake house on the canal with easy access to boat launch with private boat dock and 2 provided kayaks is perfect for a family getaway or friends weekend. It can easily accommodate 2 or more families and would be perfect for holiday stays. It is close to a variety of restaurants and bars, the beach, boat rentals and jet ski rentals, and would be a great opportunity for ice fishing and snow mobiles in the winter months! High chairs, kids table, and pack play are provided making this kid friendly or great for adults only get aways. The view from the second story master is fabulous and the fully stocked kitchen is perfect for a week away. There are plenty of nearby places for walks along the lake and opportunities for swimming and water sports. Come to our house and enjoy a peaceful vacation or an active water sports trip!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as good as the first! The space fit our needs well. It's well equipped, and very clean. Beds are comfortable a nd the rooms are all good sized. Toys/games for kids is a nice touch, as is the "bonus room" off the upstairs bedroom. Love the boat dock too - allowed us to keep our pontoon there to come and go as we pleased. Jamie the host was always quick to respond, and super fast to act when we had a minor problem with the coffee maker! Highly recommend!

The house was spotless clean. The bedrooms were great each one has it's own bathroom. I have rented many houses on Indian Lake but none were equipped with more than enough of everything you need from bathrooms to kitchen. Outside patio is great, dock for our boat was perfect. Won't find a better place for the money.

The interior was beautiful and very usable. The upstairs master was great. Would definitely stay at this property again. We caught fish every day right off the dock. Grandkids loved the kayaks.

Wonderful

Loved the house! Perfect for families with small children. Loved the kids picnic table and the pack and play. Toys were a bonus. We have never stayed at a VRBO so well stocked. (The spiral stairs were a little scary for the adults but the kids loved them.) My only complaint would be the broken chairs around the fire pit, they should just be removed. Everything else was very nice. Really enjoyed our stay even with the rainy weather.

Mom’s Last Trip. (Sad)

Thank you for a great trip. This will be mom’s last one we are afraid. Kids loved it . My 2 year old nephew understood finally the word NO when coming to the rocks in driveway. He threw one into lake which I approved of and an hour later he looked at me and said with his little finger pointing to me KNOW MOORE ROCKS UNCLE.THANK YOU

Great lake house, great host

We were very happy with the property. Very much as advertised. Plenty of space for 8 adults and 2 kids. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were nice. Kitchen was well stocked, towels plentiful. Outdoor space was nice. Loved having a place to tie up the pontoon we rented so it was right out the back door vs having to load up and drive to a marina each time we wanted to use it. Host was very responsive to questions. For sure would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

Nice property that was well stocked in the kitchen. Lots of towels for bathrooms and kitchen. Nice seawall to tie up our boat. We really enjoyed our stay!
