Conveniently located just 10 minutes to Gulf beaches! 1 minute to the Boca Ciega, Seminole City Park and Pinellas trail!
Directly across from the huge front lawn, Kids will enjoy the playground, adults can walk, bike, or scooter the famous trail. There’s even a lake to fish!
At the ESTATE, relax and chill at the heated pool or Hot Tub or shaded giant bamboo trees in the rear yard.
Living room features a fireplace,. Two master suites with en-suite full baths. 55” Smart TVsOne is just off the front door for easy disabled guests or grand parents. A fully shaded dog pen is located in the rear yard.
Theres dining seating for 16 family, kitchen.
Both masters have smart TVs walk-in closet, walk-in showers. Three additional generous bedrooms all have smart TVs. new with comfy mattress and bedding.

We had a great time visiting family who live locally for Thanksgiving, we live in Michigan and I brought my whole family children plus grandchildren to visit my in laws along with my parents from England who snuck in a quick cruise of Tampa before hand. The large kitchen was perfect for cooking for often 10 or more of us and we all enjoyed the pool tremendously! I would stay again! Having 2 Master suites for our group was also a big bonus.

Property needs TLC.

Check-in was easy, kitchen facilities were great. The home was very spacious with 2 Master bedrooms and 3 other bedrooms. The pool was awesome, city park across the street, grocery store, gas stations, shopping, and beaches were all close. Dislikes:Air conditioner quit the 3rd day of our stay. The owner worked with us to get AC repairman out to work on it 3 times and the AC has a WiFi thermostat totally controlled by the owner which lives 1 hour away which was kept at 80 durning the day. The AC was not working properly until 45 minutes before we checked out on the last day. 2nd: owner requested to remove shoes inside the home which the bottom of our socks got dirty, need deep cleaned. Lots of vegetation all around the house especially around the front with vines growing on the home. Pictures of the front of the home was not available on internet when we rented it and we passed the house 4 times because we couldn’t believe from the street that could be the VRBO.

Great for an active group who walk and bike to start the day

Large property with great fenced yard for pup, lovely screened lanai and patio. This was an older home that has been almost completely renovated. Walls had been torn down to offer two large sitting areas on either side of an open renovated kitchen and long sturdy dining table. Huge TV on one side. Four bedrooms off to one side with two baths and fifth bedroom off front hall. Washer dryer were used a lot! Pool was delightful. Owner was very responsive with any problems- he replaced the dishwasher while we were there. We especially made use of the Pinellas Trail and nearby parks for biking and walking and running. Yes we had some suggestions for improvements but as a whole it worked very well. Good location for shopping, the beach access and about 30 minute drive to downtown St Pete , a little less to Clearwater and Tampa.

Huge property/Great location

Home was large with a huge yard. Back yard was fully fenced in so that was great for the dog. Big pool which was immaculate even though was too cold for us to use this stay. Inside was perfect with 2 big living rooms and big dining table to fit all of us for meals. Super clean home. Great location across from park and trail. Would definitely rent again!

Amazing place

We stayed here after being temporarily dishomed due to the hurricanes. This was our 3rd rental and it was hands down my favorite. We have a 2 year old so I loved that we could walk across the street to the park every day. The home itself is spacious and beautiful. We loved the screened in pool and hot tub area and were in at least the hot tub every day. The tv out back was nice to have too. Stephen, the host, was great. He was extremely accommodating and always quick to get back to me. We Live in town but definitely look forward to coming back here if family se hever visits or even just for a staycation.

Family vacation

The pool was large enough to accommodate all 12 members of my family. The pool back yard is beautiful and shaded filled with bamboo. The house was plenty big enough to accommodate all 14 members of my family. The bunk bed room was a big hit with my grandkids 4 and 3 years old.

Excellent Vacation Home

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The house is clean, spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. Our favorites were the large pool area and the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, large fridge for all our groceries and nice washer and dryer. Another plus were the additional access from the bathrooms to the pool area. Great communication by owner as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for a family get away!

This home was beautiful and up to date with everything we needed for our family of 11 (parents, adult children and grandchildren) to have fun and enjoy a week together! Stephen is extremely attentive to any needs and checks to be sure we are comfortable and have what we need. This is our second stay at one of his properties and we will visit more in the future! Perfect for a group

This house was chosen for the bed configuration and rooms for our group. It worked out perfectly. The kids loved the pool. House was in a good location. The park across the street was nice. Stephen was great communicating with us. Beach was close and so was several really good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay

Our children and grand children joined us for a family vacation and this was perfect for the 10 of us. We all agree that it was comfortable, clean, safe and private. The pool was a big hit. We’re already planning on trying to stay here next year.

Great Spot!

Great spot for family. Pool and hot tub were clean. Kitchen is well stocked with accessories. Had a minor issue with the sink not draining in one of the bath rooms but no biggie. Would highly recommend. Park with pond across the street was fun and relaxing for the kids. Short ride to the beach and St John’s Pass.

Fabulous Pool Retreat

We loved our stay! The property was gorgeous and in a quiet neighborhood that was still close to everything you could need including beaches, restaurants, and stores. The pool was bigger and better than the pictures could even show. Wonderful layout! Thank you for an amazing week with our family!
