Unit Features: 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom GULF FRONT townhouse located in the dead center of Panama City Beach. Walk out on your private patio that has both screened in and open configurations and you will be only steps away from the white sandy beaches and the emerald green water of the emerald coast. The interior has been professionally decorated and stocked with the perfect vacation in mind. Living room features ample seating, 55" flat screen smart TV and a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs, includes a coffee bar for those relaxing mornings, seating for 3 at the bar and seating for 4 at dining room table. Master bedroom is located on the second floor which has a balcony that has panoramic views of the beach and water. Master bedroom features 55" flat screen smart TV, raised ceilings, en-suite bathroom with shower only. The second bedroom is another oversized bedroom that includes king sized bed, 55" flat screen smart TV, raised ceilings and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Third bedroom includes queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Other features includes in-unit laundry, private driveway parking and high speed internet.

Property is conveniently located to all the main attractions in Panama City Beach! Beaches - STEPS AWAY. Pineapple Willy's - WALKING DISTANCE. Pier Park - 6.8 miles. ECP Airport - 19.5 miles. Property Location: Located in the center of Panama City Beach off of South Thomas Drive.

Disclosure: Primary renter to be 25 and stay in unit. If you are having trouble booking please send us a message so we can help you book. No pets allowed. There is a security camera located on the back patio of the unit, looking at the side patio door to the public beach access. There is also a security camera looking at the front driveway only. There are two cameras facing towards the water and beach, located on the top and bottom back deck.

Excellent place

Perfect for our 3 families to stay at during a spring baseball tournament. Great location and great setup for families with kids who get sandy on the beach! Communication with rental agency was excellent and check in was seamless. Would stay here many more times!

PERFECT location! It would be hard to find another place better. We drove, but it would be nice for air travelers if the unit was stocked with beach chairs and beach towels. Be prepared to shop for necessities, it’s not super well stocked. Overall- quite satisfied. Thank you!

No extra supplies provided- no salt & pepper , no extra toilet paper, no trash bags, no dish soap- be prepared to have to get all. Wanted to turn the heat off at night, but not enough blankets on the bed. House very cold when we arrived. Probably not rented as much in winter. Property management responded quickly when contacted.

The management contacted us and asked if we had a dog because the neighbors were complaining about a dog barking. We did not have a dog, nor did we hear a dog barking. Oh well!

Plenty of bathrooms is a huge bonus for getting everyone cleaned up when coming off the beach. The access is to the beach was perfect for our kids and this particular stretch along PCB was less crowded. Short drive to get groceries or walk to dinner at Pineapple Willy’s.
