Location. Location. Location. You have beach access to the left and to the right and Matunuck Oyster Bar right up the street. Sit on the front porch and listen to the ocean!Even with hurricane Erin looking during our stay, Blue Heron offered every creature comfort one would need!Thanks again!

Great getaway

The home is perfect for a family stay at the beach. We enjoy that the beach is just a quick walk across the street. The outside shower is so handy to get the sand off. The home is stocked and has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped to make meals throughout the day and extra space to store your snacks. Easy drive to local restaurants. Mary and Ed are amazing hosts, very accommodating and availabile for any questions or concerns. You won't regret your stay here!

Great rental!

We really enjoyed our week at this lovely condo. Everything was as described and hosts were super communicative and helpful. The condo is very modern and well decorated and comfortable. The access to the beach is really convenient and the beaches are lovely. Highly recommend!

Best Place So Close to East Matunuck Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was as advertised! Loved this newly renovated/decorated cottage especially the outdoor shower and the vaulted living area!! Would definitely recommend!

Dream vacation

Ed and Mary are beyond the most kind, gracious and helpful hosts you'll ever meet. Not only are their properties gorgeous, clean and stocked, they are just as described. We had an issue with one of the AC units and Ed did not hesitate to come over and check it out and replace the batteries in the remote. They were so kind to our kids (6&4). They gave us great information on Block Island. Communication was quick and clear and always willing to help if anything came up. So if you are looking for a property close to the beach quiet and dream hosts. Ed and Mary have the property for you.

Great Beach Access!

Spotless! Incredibly well equipped with absolutely everything for the kitchen,dining,bathroom and otherwise. Gorgeous finishes and layout, bedding was so comfy I’m buying the same for my house! Ed was so quick and easy to communicate with and very accommodating with answers to questions ( though we didn’t need anything bc it’s so well stocked.) loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings, great place to walk/run and the BEST part is there are 2 easy beach access points around 50 yds away! Literally! We are from RI and East Matunuck has always been our favorite family beach. Ed’s access makes you feels like it’s all your own! As a former beach house rental manager, I told Ed I can learn from his design, easy check in and check out and how to stock a kitchen while still leaving plenty of space for all we bring with us. Loved everything about it and will be back! Thank you!

Great spot in Jerusalem

Property is in a great spot in Jerusalem with easy access to the beach. Perfect for a couple and one or two extras. Air conditioning is key for hot summer days and having nice new clean place is big plus!

RI Shore Perfection

Ed has a true gem in the Blue Heron. The condo was immaculate upon arrival and the amenities went above and beyond. The location is the best part of this listing as it’s a very short walk to a great beach and close to great restaurants and activities. This place made our vacation perfect. Fantastic place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The little touches like our welcome note were very nice. It was so clean and had everything you could need. The walk to the beach was just across the street which was very convenient.
