Ocean Star Beach Front Cottage

Ocean Star is our smallest cottage with two bedrooms available to accommodate up to 4 guests. This cottage is located behind The Pub and over the beach, it offers ocean views in a central location.
The cottage has a living room overlooking the ocean, eat in kitchen, and a bathroom with a stall shower. There are two bedrooms, each with a full sized bed. The cottage has decks on the south and east sides of the cottage which overlook the ocean and the beach below.

Located in the heart of Matunuck, behind The Pub and right on the beach. Surrounded by local businesses including two bar/restaurants and across the street from a pizza place and surf shop, ice cream shop and market just down the road.

Please note that we ask our guests to provide their own linens - this includes sheets, quilts and towels.
If you require linens we are happy to provide them at an additional fee.

Parking is provided for up to two vehicles at a rate of $10/day per vehicle.

LINENS

Guests staying at the cottage are asked to provide their own linens, including:
Beach Towels
Bath Towels
Hand/Kitchen Towels
Bedding - sheets & blankets (the house has two full sized beds)


PAPER PRODUCTS & MORE

Guests are asked to provide their own paper & plastic products. While we are happy to provide a starter pack (1 or 2 of each item) we do not supply enough for the full stay.
Paper Towels/Napkins
Toilet Paper (septic safe please!)
Trash bags
Dish soap/sponge

PARKING
We supply off street parking spaces for an additional fee, here are the details :
$10 per car per day or $70 for a full week
Maximum number of two passes can be purchased for your stay.
Please note that any additional vehicles would be your responsibility. Street parking is available however can be limited, especially during the summer.

THE PUB & THE BEACH

Our neighbor The Pub has great food, wonderful drinks and a friendly staff. We have a great relationship with them and we need your help to keep it that way! Please keep in mind that while The Pub is our neighbor the staff cannot answer questions regarding the cottages, therefore please call Point Break Cottages directly regarding your check-in and your stay.
The beach in front of the cottages is not a private beach. There are other homes on the beach who utilize it besides our cottages.
