There is no smoking nor any pets allowed on the property. There is no landline phone, tenants must bring their own cell phone. House should be left clean with all garbage and recycling in the containers out front with lids secure. Home has exterior cameras and a ring doorbell. Check-in time: 3 PM Checkout time is 11AM. Any furnishings that are moved should be returned to their original place. NO UNESCORTED CHILDREN ON ROOF DECK. No cars allowed in garage.
