Centrally located 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with private yard, outdoor entertainment & plunge pool perfect for an afternoon dip! High quality finishes, comfortable furnishings & bed linens/bath towels provided. Hardwired indoor & outdoor Sonos speakers, outdoor TV & seating. Ocean & bay views from rooftop deck! Located on a street with a lifeguarded beach & within walking distance to many Ship Bottom businesses!

*Disclaimer* Exterior security cameras are in place on the property, one (1) located in the front driveway and two (2) located in the backyard. We had a wonderful time at this home. It was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, the living room was perfect for a relaxing afternoon, and everything was very clean and well provisioned. We loved it! Highly recommend.

We loved this home and would definitely return! Very clean and a great location. It was wonderful to be able to bring our dog and the dipping pool was a lovely addition to the experience.

Ship Bottom vacay

This property was perfect for our family beach vacation. The pool was the perfect size for our little ones and for a relaxing quick dip for the older ones. It was great having a tv by the pool/patio area too. Very comfortable home.

Wonderful location & home

My family and I enjoyed our quick fall weekend in Long Beach island. This house was a great central location to everything. Home is like brand new and the backyard feels like a little oasis. We enjoyed sunrises from the top deck. Highly recommend this stay and would stay again.

Top notch rental

This house is absolutely perfect, as the owners seem to have attended to every detail. It is beautifully appointed, and all furniture and accessories are high quality. Great patio and roof deck, and so many places to be and just relax. Great communication and responsiveness throughout our stay. We would come back again for sure!

It was our first family vacation with our pup and it was exactly what we wanted. The house was perfect for the 2 of us and our mini goldendoodle, with plenty of space, fenced in yard and 2 decks to enjoy! Located off the main road easy to drive around but also on a quiet road so we could enjoy peace when on the decks and out back. Hosts were very responsive, communicated well and very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you Kacie and Matt for opening your home to us!

Excellent rental and hosts

Our family stayed at this property for a long weekend in April. The property was newly upgraded, very clean, wonderfully appointed, and with a great location. The hosts were highly communicative, professional, and wonderfully accommodating. We could not rate this property or the hosts higher. It was the perfect place for our family of five. We hope to return to this property in the future.

What a beautiful house and perfectly located

My husband and I came with his mother to this lovely new home complete with steeping pool. It was immaculate and comfortable. The beds were so comfortable, including the pillows. Walk to the beach and close to everything that we love in Ship Bottom. Thank you to our wonderful hosts and we will be back.

Balloon get together

We all met at the house for a family get away. The balloon festival was going on, so it was great to be able to see everything from the rooftop patio. The house was spotless, everything was laid out well with plenty of room for everyone. Looking forward to next year and doing it all over again.

Great Beach House

We truly enjoyed hanging around the plunge pool listening to music. In the evening we went up on the sun deck and did some star gazing. The house was very comfortable and the bedrooms were roomy enough to accommodate all of our suitcases.
