Whether you are in town to explore or catch up with old friends or family you have found your spot. For those who prefer to go out, our house is centrally located near local coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. Minutes to downtown Franklin, less than 20 min to Leipers Fork and 30 minutes to Nashville. At the same time, our home will offer you the perfect retreat after a busy day. We have intentionally created a space with multiple places to hang out and create memories.

Every aspect of our 3 bedroom 2 bath home has been meticulously designed to give our guests a relaxing and memorable stay.

Sleeping arrangements: The master suite has a comfortable king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. It also has its own cozy fireplace and T.V. The two guest rooms are on the opposite side of the house. One of them has a queen bed and a desk for any work from home needs. The second room is a bunk room that can sleep 5 people. It has a single day bed and a bunk bed with a single over a full and a single trundle.

Cleanliness has always been at the forefront of our minds. Our meticulous home, with all new furnishings, will put you right at ease, along with our thorough cleaning of the property between guests.

Guests have full access to the entire property.

We do not allow parties at this property. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance or audio recording. It simply notifies guests and us when the noise levels has reached a volume that would disturb the neighbors.

A $500 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
Guests are required to digitally sign a rental agreement, which will be sent to them promptly upon completing the booking process. The rental agreement contains important terms and conditions that must be acknowledged and agreed upon prior to the stay. Failure to sign may result in reservation cancellation or limited access to amenities in the property.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.
